I needed a sharp haircut for work in the morning to impress the new boss, but it was already 5 pm, and every barbershop in the area was closing at 6 and required appointments... except for SuperCuts! I gave them a call to confirm they're taking walk-ins now with the 'rona effect. They said to come on in. I got a fast and excellent haircut with no wait. I couldn't possibly be more pleased, and I'll definitely be going back. The last time I got a haircut at a SuperCuts was probably over 20 years ago when I was a kid. I have to get weekly/bi-weekly haircuts for work (military), and I always seem to have bad luck with the barbers on base, so I try to find a good local shop close to home. With the great service and 10% military discount though, I think SuperCuts will be my local barber for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend! read more

The young lady cutting my two-year old's hair just seemed very inexperienced. She took a few snips and asked, "is that good?"... this was the process she followed throughout the cut... a few snips and then, "is that good?"-- without even cutting all the way around his head. She tried cutting the opposite side of his head by reaching over and around his body rather than walking around or turning the chair. The whole thing was just poor quality. Fortunately he's only two and doesn't have anyone to impress. read more

We've tried this place at least five times, only because it's close to home and they take walk-ins. We never get amazing service or friendly faces. Basically, we've settled for convenience and subpar services. We will not return after our last experience. No smile, no greeting, nothing. Seemed like we were bothering her to do her job. After so many visits, thinking maybe it would get better, we were even more disappointed the last time. Who needs this kind of treatment? Their stylists have no manners and have zero skill. I love this place. I have been going there for a year and a half when I moved to Williamsburg. I get a bobbed haircut and highlights for less than $100. You can't beat that. I've never gotten so many compliments on my hair since going to Supercuts Quarterpath. My husband goes here once every two weeks because he keeps his hair short and has never complained about his cut. He loves the fact that they are fast and efficient. They are often very busy. They take same-day appointments. When one of the Feedbacks below, said that a stylist who was doing "inventory" and didn't stop to cut his hair, it was probably because she was expecting an appointment. read more

If 0 was an option, I would use it. Warning this is long, but potential customers need to be warned. Walked in to this location to get a wash and blow dry after recent surgery. Two stylists (one I learned later is a manager) No one says a word as I'm standing next to the counter. After 2 or 3 minutes of being ignored, I ask if anyone is going to help and the the non-manager responds from about 15 feet away that she will be with me shortly. Manager, who is basically directly in front of me cutting hair, says nothing. No greeting, no how can we help you, no be right with you from either of the two staff - until I spoke up and asked for help. I had shopping to do so decided to return after picking up groceries. I could see from my car that after I left the stylist was laughing. Of course I can't say for certain, but the general behavior I found upon walking into this location strongly hints that this individual would not take the situation seriously, but would take it humorously. Upon my return about 30 minutes later, I walk in and ask to speak with the non-manager (who had basically yelled across the room to me earlier) I let her know in advance I did not want to yell across a room to have a conversation as I might say things that other customers should not hear and may not be very nice by expressing concerns. This stylist finished her haircut and came to me as she headed out the door so we could speak. I let her know I had never been to a Supercuts before and that my initial experience was unprofessional and lacked any customer service. She explained that the store had been busy. My response, I understand busy. What I don't understand is not coming up to the counter to address a customer in a friendly and professional manner. I asked if there was a manager. This staff person said yes, the other stylist is the manager. I stated that I could not believe the other individual who acted like a deaf mute was actually the manager. She could not be bothered to even greet a customer, much less provide any assistance. I told her I would never return to Supercuts because of the way I was treated and was shocked that a person with such lack of human skills, much less customer service skills was a manager, let alone had a job at Supercuts. I let the stylists in front of me know that I realized she was making an effort because she took the time to speak with me. She apologized for the way I was treated and agreed that coming to the counter would have been the appropriate way to respond to a walk in, however she also stated that she was with a customer and could not just leave him. To which I responded, so you decided it was best to speak to me from 15 feet away? I told her I don't hear well and didn't understand a word she said, but her actions told me she did not care that a customer was waiting and the same applied to the "manager". It was at this point that this experience became embarrassing and humiliating for myself and Supercuts. The "manager" steps out and tells me to leave. I let her know I wasn't going to leave and she had no reason to speak with me that way. If she wanted, I told her to call the police. She opens the door and a man comes out. She says he's the police. I asked him to identify himself and he refused. I asked if he was on duty he stated he was not. He told the other stylist to go back inside (we were having a perfectly rational conversation and she apologized several times) I can only guess that he is with the JCC police or the Sheriff's office. The manager went from deaf mute to complete over-reaction. She clearly has no people skills and the person who claimed to be an officer acted as her henchman. This was her way of treating a customer and dealing with a customer issue? I thought the police follow the law and take no one's side in matters? The best was when the man and stylist went back into the store, the manager called me a f--king b---h. Because I dared to let her know how poorly run this location of Supercuts is and what a terrible job she does as a manager. No exaggeration here, just the facts. read more

A really frustrating experience at this Supercuts. I asked for a blowout - everyone in a salon knows what that is right? Not here. My stylist starts to put product on my dry hair and I held her up and said - um no, there's a shampoo first. And she pretended not to know what I was talking about - as in she was about to blow out dry hair. And had an attitude about it. Very weird. The actual blowout was awful. I have frizzy hair but I've never had a worse one - I could have done it better at home. Unfortunately, I'm visiting here so I couldn't go home. The worst part though is that I was overcharged! Every other Supercuts I've been to (and I've been to this one before) has charged $25/30 for my hair - it was $40 here- I was shocked! I complained and my stylist told me the prices had gone up. By 30%!! Seems like the stylists here have a lot of leeway in what they choose to charge and I got ripped off. read more

This is the worst hair salon I have ever been to. The stylists were lazy and didn't try to do nice cuts. The one stylist cutting my son's hair was rude. The other stylist who cut my daughter's hair literally took 10 min from start to finish and I saw very little difference....horrible place and pricey too for men's haircuts. read more
