Rich was able to look at her and say, "These pieces here aren't doing anything for you," and cut her hair in a way that was very flattering to her features. Rich has an artistry that many hairstylists lack, and I suspect is impossible to teach. Either you've got it, or you don't. However, you have to pay for high quality; he's not cheap for this area. Last time I checked he was at about $40 for a cut.
