Quick haircut for my husband. About 15 min. No wait around 9am. The senior price was about $26 but there was hair all over his shirt after they finished. One star. Been going to Supercuts for about 2 years, always o.k. Never a wait in early afternoon as a walk-in. Last Friday I walked in around 1:30, one customer having hair cut and two employees sitting at what appeared to be a break table out on the floor. One of the gals jumped up and asked if I had an appointment. I said no and she informed me in a rude, blow me off manner that walk-ins are after 5PM. I said there was no one there and 2 hair dressers hanging out. She said they were on their break and the company wanted them to take their break? She had a tone the whole time. The inmates are running the asylum. When you have only 3 people you should stagger their breaks one at a time-management 101. Well, I said "you're just lazy" Which I am sorry for I stooped to her level. I will never go back there again. Stay away!! read more

Aside from my stylist being extraordinarily rude she completely buzzed off a chunk of hair from the back/side of my head, and didn't tell me her mistake. It wasn't until 6 hours later that a friend pointed out the patch missing from my scalp. So my experience combined humbling post-cut embarrassment with an unwelcoming staff. We stopped in to Supercuts today as I needed a quick trim for my oldest son. They were fast, efficient, good, and friendly. They made him feel comfortable (he's only a toddler and getting his hair cut can still feel odd for him). They had a little booster seat for him and she continually gave him positive affirmations and reinforcement throughout the cut to calm and encourage him. I can't say enough about how great this location was for young kids. It's important to have a salon nearby that is going to be quick, as the attention span my children have will not allow for a long visit anywhere. They understand this and really made this visit as smooth as possible. They even have a separate kids price, which I did not realize. This discounted price made the trip that much more enjoyable. A nice pleasant surprise, and a sweet little candy treat gifted to my kids by the kind hairdresser was that extra special touch. We followed our visit up with a trip to Pow! Science (just reviewed that spectacular store, as well!) right within this quaint Mall. A perfect spot to take kids and keep in mind if there is a bit of a wait, this toy store being so close can come in handy! Overall, this Supercuts location is exactly what we needed in the moment, the staff are professional, kind, efficient, and skilled. Couldn't ask for a better visit. read more

I was here last Sunday for the 1st time. Strange place, didn't get a good vibe when I walked in. As I waited I watched a little child getting his hair cut. The girl was SO mean to him I couldn't believe it! the hair dresser was poking the side of the child's head over and over saying" if you were holding your head still I couldn't do this to you" "STOP MOVING!" I won't be going back here. In the top 5 worst cuts of all time. I'm no expert, but I've had my hair cut many times and eventually get a sense to the general patterns people use. Well, she cut my hair using strange techniques I've never seen before. I had a bad feeling while she was buzzing the sides, and I was right. Others noted how the neck line was uneven, the front was too long, etc. I noticed the front at the shop but didn't ask her to fix because I thought it might get worse. I just wanted to leave. Just had the worst experience at Supercuts. The lady did not understand when I told her I wanted to let my hair grow out. She asked if I was growing it out to donate my hair then said " like the 70's. All I wanted her to do was trim the back and clean up the sides and she told me she didn't know what I wanted. read more

I've gone to this salon since it opened and have been pleased with my haircuts most of the time. It is true that some stylists listen to my instructions more than others and at times my hair has been cut a tad too short, but I have experienced the same problem at other salons as well. read more

I went in today to get my hair cut, blow dried and straightened, the lady up front told me that they had 3 more people coming in for appointments ( in a way turning me down) but the other girl with short blue hair took me and started my hair. She washed it and in the process barely put conditioner so as she was detangling I felt my hair ripping out , ( she pretty muched blamed it on my hair type) she then blow dried it and it came out dry so I asked if she could put more oil,she told me that the company doesn't provide them with oil and that she put the most she can. My hair looked hideous and when she used the straightener to curve my ends she told me that since it's just my ends that she won't charge but that it's typically $1 or so a minute for straightening hair which I found completely absurd. I'm sorry but I won't be coming here again this was a waste of 35 dollars I ended up straightening my own hair . IF YOU CANT DO A CERTAIN HAIR TYPE AND MAKE IT LOOK GOOD, DONT EVEN BOTHER. I felt like she didnt care the way it looked, as long as it was washed and blow dried she did her job. smh read more

First and last time I'll ever be going to Supercuts. There's two entrances (front & back) of the place and it took about 5 minutes of me awkwardly standing at the wrong side for someone to greet me and take my name. Short wait, but that comes with reasoning for the lack of returning customers. My barber complained about a seminar her and her coworker had to attend and said how she'll just call in sick again, this "half-assed" employee is now cutting my hair. I asked for only scissors and 10 minutes in she whips out the buzzer while smacking her gum in my ear. Had zero interest in me and my "standard-barbershop-small talk". I thought maybe she found a new part in my hair when she was cutting the front but turns out she was just hiding the complete disaster of an attempt at a straight cut until I found it later in the car. $16.95 for the men's cut. I asked for a trim, not a reason to wear a hat. read more

This place sucks. The new manager is so rude and horrible to the stylist. I find it horrible and tacky that they put the break table out in the hallway. The new crew is not good. I miss all the old girls that used to be there, they knew how to cut! Supercuts also just looks out dated, sad, and old. They need a face lift or to just give up.
