Check-in online. Come to location 10 minutes before the Check in time to be told I have been added to the list with 7 walk ins ahead of me. Then what is the point of the Check in? She says it's not an appointment based salon, it's like a reservation. So I explain..... Ok, if I make a reservation for 2 people for dinner at 7 PM, they seat me around 7 PM. Avoid this location. I made an online appointment, yet the manager took a walk in before me. When questioned, she said online appoints don't guarantee a seat. She was rude, we got into a heated exchange. When I asked he name, she refused to give it to me. She was skinny with dark hair, braces and tattoos. When I asked my stylist Mikayka for the managers name, the manager told her not to tell me. I have left reviews and contacted Corporate. Supercuts is like going to the casino. Sometimes you win but usually you lose. I go there for the convenience of being able to just stop in on the way home or on a lunch break. Every-time I do I kick myself because of the subpar haircut. Everyone once in a great while you'll get that one stylist who actually listens to you and can actually give a good hair cut. This is a maybe one in ten ratio. AND... it's not even like they're cheap anymore so really.... I don't see the value. Go to a good stylist. It's not much more expensive and it's worth it. read more

I've gone to the Supercuts Seekonk location about 5-6 times by now and the best way to describe it is "hit or miss." I've never gotten a bad haircut there before (it's pretty hard to screw up "clippers on the top, 3 on the side") but there have been some instances where the ladies there are a bit "rough" with my head. I remember one instance in which the hairdresser took the clippers and jammed it against the side of my head as it was a soft pillow. But it wasn't. Luckily, the haircut itself wasn't bad, but bedside manner was much to be desired. Another instance, one of the hairdressers was really sweet and gentle. A general men's haircut is about $20, so not bad! read more

I've never really been sure about going to a simple place like supercuts for a haircut. Needed a trim before school and this place was open on Sundays so that is great. I just recently cut my hair very short from super long last month, and now I ask for a little bit of a difficult hairstyle but it was not a problem at all! Robin was my stylist and she was very nice and super helpful. She did everything exactly how I wanted and my hair turned out amazing. Definitely coming back. Will never go here again. They refused to let my service dog in to wait with me. this is against the law as I explained it to them however, they still refused. In addition, I waited half an hour before they opened, and then one person came five minutes before, and they still saw the other person first. There was another gentleman waiting with me, so there were two of us ahead of the other gentleman. I asked why the gentleman that showed up five minutes earlier was allowed to be seen first, and they stated they don't know why without any explanation. Then they refused to talk to me. read more

absolutely horrible. i went for a trim and asked for 2 inches, to get rid of split ends. instead, i received and uneven cut, with wayy more than 2 inches. i feel devastated. i look awful and i feel so bad about my haircut. this place is disappointing, because I've received an uneven cut before this. it used to be a good place to stop in to get your hair cut, but the prices are outrageous, not to mention is more money for a SENIOR to cut their hair? whats the deal with that? i hate this place and will NEVER come back. i feel crushed now because of my hair. read more

Service can be good. Even, Very Good. Or, sometimes it just isn't the hair cut you requested. For that reason I averaged out the rating. The environment is comfortable. The service is inconsistent. I rarely walked away with the same haircut from visit to visit. read more

I haven't had a haircut in over a year. I wanted to grow it really long and then donate it and get a super cool short do. Well my hair turned into frizz at the bottoms and I desperately needed a trim. IF I get a haircut I go to the mastercuts in the Providence Place Mall, however last time I went the didn't have any water and it was a horrible experience. So my boyfriend comes here all the time and he always gets just an okay haircut - I think once one of the ladies whom doesn't work there anymore actually cut his ear with the buzzer, but he survived and went back, it was an accident. So I went with him on a Sunday to get his haircut, the woman whom cut it did a fantastic job. It took her almost 30 minutes to cut my boyfriends almost bald head. She took her time, she used scissors and the buzzer. Most people just use the buzzer and are done, not this woman she took her time. When she was done I was pretty much amazed never has my boyfriend's hair looked so good. So I went on a Tuesday night and the same woman was there. I forgot to ask her name but she is tall, thin and has red curly hair. She did a great job on my hair, I only wanted a trim and some layers and that is what she did, I was really impressed. I will always go to this supercuts from now on. It is also clean, has a nice sitting area, they have a lot of products, but the stylists don't pressure you into buying them. Oh and the prices for cuts are very cheap. read more

Although I have 2 Supercuts closer to me, I tend to go to this one quite often since I'm always doing shopping in the area. Today was no exception, I'd been putting off getting my hair trimmed for the past two weeks and after getting soaked twice in todays wind and rain, I decided today would be a good day to get that haircut! I stopped here and luckily there was no wait. Christina had done my hair the last time I went there too and had done a fantastic job, so I was happy to see she wasn't busy! Unlike some of the stylists I've seen in the past, she takes her time and makes sure my hair is perfect and that I'm happy with it before I leave. The salon itself is always neat and clean, and the section with all the shampoo, conditioners and hairsprays is also neat and well stocked. The waiting area is spotless as well. I'd recommend this location and stylist to anyone! read more

STAY AWAY FROM this store! Yesterday (10/7) I got the worst haircut of my life. I was told Patricia had cut my hair. The "stylist" rushed because there was a wait line and did a horrible job. She used clippers instead of scissors and never held the mirror up so I could see the destruction on the back of my head. Today (10/8) I went back and manager Joan (who is also the District Manager) had someone fix the mess "Patricia" made. I suggested to Joan that Patricia be fired or moved far from the Seekonk area, and she said she would not do it. Calling Joan's boss Tuesday. After speaking with Regis' corporate office, I find out that it was not Patricia who cut my hair, but CHELSEA. I requested her license number and was not provided with that information. My thoughts are two fold for this location. My haircut was good, what I wanted and quick with no waiting. That said however, the unprofessionalism of those working was beyond repute. To speak of what I presume to be a former co-worker, her child,who in their words was retarded, and kids "shitting" again their exact phrasing, in a pool had me sick and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Been going there with my son for about 2 years, was always happy with haircut and the staff until today . This new girl started cutting my sons hair and right away I could tell that she didn't know what she was doing . She messed up so bad and when I said something to her "nicely " she threw her comb and scissors and stormed off . When I arrived I was informed that there were five people ahead of me and of those five three were call aheads. Was about a 35 min wait I was told. I saw only two stylists. Well the three call aheads never showed and I was in a chair after 25 minutes. The lady was very friendly and listened attentively when I was telling her how I wanted my hair cut. They offer a moist hot towel to get rid of the cut hair that doesn't come off with the blower. My cutter said she doesn't like to use the hot towel as it "smushes " the hair too much. For a guy this is one of the worst places to go, no men work at this supercuts. This particular salon has all women workers, all of which complain about past customers the entire time you are getting your haircut. There has never been a time where i left the salon satisfied with my haircut. The good speed and price is all good, but when you want your hair cut correctly i would prefer not going here. After my haircut on this particular supercuts, I urge webster to change the definition of terrible - or at least make it a synonym to this isolated hair salon. But, why? First, they appeared very rude once entering the store. Second, they obviously don't know how to cut hair and how to use their tools - such as the razor and scissor. Third, they are neglectful and not careful while cutting on the ground that they first pierced hole on my skin (nothing severe fortunately) and later trimmed way to low because they choose the wrong "size." Everyone makes mistakes, so I'm pretty lenient toward that, but it makes me irritated how they handled it. Once they noticed I was bleeding, they just picked up a random, wet towel and began swiping it around my head including the "scar" in order to clean it, which caused hair and other dirt to touch it. Moreover, when they committed the mistake regarding the "wrong size trimmer," the barber simply said "Oups" without telling me. Instead, they cut my whole hair shorter and I had to ask explicitly what happened just to get a very vague answer. I kindly believed that any hair salon would tell me if my cutter is practicing; they, however, didn't. And if they are "professionals," I feel sorry for them as they cannot realize how incredibly bad they are. I guess the only future customers, excluding serious insane people who should be locked in, will only be family and friends, who feel a forced to cut their hair there - you truly have my empathy and sympathy. Finally, I'm just happy, based on my overall experience, that I didn't have to visit the emergency. Obvisouly, I'm not returning except for celebrating their closure. read more

Good for men's haircuts - my husband gets a basic cut and comes home looking neat and professional. Bad for little kids. Took my preschooler, when her hair dried the next day it was many different lengths in spots. Took her to a kids' place nearby to have it fixed, but it wasn't a complicated cut.
