She's also very mindful of what I'd like to do with my hair and how I'd like it to look like at the end. I told her I wanted to surprise my husband with my new hair color and 'do. After listening to my needs, she explained what she's gonna do and how the color would look like after blowdrying my hair--and if I feel like she needed to tone it down, she was gonna do it. But she didn't need to because she did it right the first time. My hair felt so soft and looked fab after the blo' out! She made me feel so beautiful! I loved my everything that she did to my hair! Total makeover! My husband loves it! Oh, and she's an amazing listener too! I think I told her a gazillion stories and she was a trooper! She made me feel very respected and I loved that about her! I highly recommend her for all your hair needs!

I had a cut with bangs and face framing layers. After getting home and looking at the cut more closely, I do have some concerns with the bangs. The texture is inconsistent, and they aren't really blended into the sides of the way we discussed. They're quite short through the middle and then become significantly longer toward each side, which isn't the look I was going for. It's very hard to work with and I'm going to have to wait until they grow out a little bit more before I can go somewhere to have them fixed I do feel Megan was trying to achieve what I asked for and she was very nice to work with however, based on my finish cut, I think the bangs in particular, could've been done with more precision and blending.

BE AWARE OF THEIR NO REFUND POLICY WHICH THEY DON'T SHARE UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM…read more I went in for highlights and walked out with the bottom half of my hair orange. My hair was like straw and definitely damaged. My hair was curled and I didn't notice how bad it was until I got home. I sent in pictures to the manager. I was told to return for them to fix it because they do not do refunds. I did return and after talking to the same stylist. I was told what I wanted couldn't be done. The stylist Sarah had a reason for every mistake and continued to argue with myself and my husband. She stated multiple times. Are you a stylist? Did you go to school for hair? The manager was supposed to call me which didn't happen. I had to call and track down the manager myself who knew nothing about the situation. She was supposed to look into the matter and call me back. She needed to talk to the owner who only owns the business but doesn't do hair. That was definitely a red flag. After waiting several days. I called back and was told by a front desk person not the manager. That because of the way my husband acted. They wouldn't refund my money and if I went through the bank, they would fight it. I didn't even bring the bank up, but thanks for the idea. I went and purchased dye and did my own hair. I wasted over $400 and didn't even get my hair cut for that much money. Just go anywhere else but here.

I am new to the area and was looking for a salon that specialized in balayage and root touch-ups…read more Unfortunately, my experience at AZ Hair Company was extremely disappointing. I came in with a level 5 ash blonde root and balayage, simply needing a refresh. After paying over $300, I left with orange hair, bleach spots throughout, and visible gray roots because only part of my roots had been colored. To make matters worse, after shampooing my hair, the stylist ripped through it with a hard bristle brush without using conditioner, causing significant tearing, breakage and damage. I returned the next day for a color correction by the manager. While the orange roots were covered, it also covered many of the highlights I had paid for. The toner applied was only a temporary fix, and I was left with several inches of dark roots, lost highlights, remaining orange streaks, and severely damaged hair. The salon offered a deep conditioning treatment but refused to refund any portion of the service. While they may be fine for basic haircuts, I would not recommend this salon for balayage, blonding services, or color corrections. My hair is in significantly worse condition than when I walked in.

I've had my hair cut by Coco 3x now and she is seriously a close second and that's just because of the years of time one person has spent on my hair! I have extremely thick, dense, and course Asian / Pacific Islander hair that I know wants to be curly but I haven't figured that out yet - Coco worked effortlessly as though she had been doing my hair since straight out of graduating school. She's the best around and would absolutely thrive on her own or whatever she wants to do in this profession because her work is flawless. She has a soft and warm demeanor and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. And one of the features that drew me to take a leap with Coco, was the online booking! It's a quick & smooth process and I could book it in the middle of the night even ha. I highly, highly recommend Last Chance Salon and book with Coco for any service! I made sure to get her number as I'm following her wherever she goes! Big hugs, thank you for helping me love my hair again! Last Chance Salon is very lucky to have Coco!
