I never leave reviews (especially a bad one) but I'm so disappointed with the color and highlights…read moreI got on 4/28/26 that I really had to. I have been to this salon before and Kelly always did a good job but I travel for work and have been in and out of the area so I decided to book online with Natasha for partial highlight/dimensional color + tone, gloss, treat w/cut and style the price online was 250.00 and I had to pay 125.00 when I booked the appointment. I went into the salon and Natasha was very nice but she did an awful job on my color. My natural color is light brown but I have been doing blonde highlights especially around my face. I told her that I wanted my base color lighter and golden blonde highlights. I even showed her a photo because I was very definite about what I wanted. Well she did my base color dark, dark brown (darker then my actual real hair color) and blonde highlights around my face but they are so even I have a big clump of blonde on the right side of my band (she cut curtain bangs, which I had and like) that it looks ridiculous. I look like a skunk with this clump of blonde and then dark brown everywhere else. I wanted to be more golden blonde for summer and my hair is darker than it's ever been. When she showed me my before and after pictures, I didn't want to tell her but I liked the before much better then the after. The other thing was she told me that she would have to charge me extra because she had to use more color and when I got the bill she charged $110.00 extra and it's says for Root to End????? Isn't all color root to end???? Really disappointing! I ended up paying 360.00 plus a tip for her for dark brown hair with a clump of blonde in the front?! I hate it so much can't wait to go somewhere else and try to get it fixed. Natasha told me not to worry that next time I'd book "full highlights" and it would look better. When I told her that it was really dark she told me; "don't worry, it will lighten up when you wash it a few times." This isn't my 1st color and I'm quite sure that no matter how much I wash it, it will never be the blonde color I asked for. Unfortunately I will NEVER go back to there.

On my first visit, Jenny started to plan my hair journey by asking me about both my hair goals AND my hair history. I really value the time Jenny takes to communicate and explain what I can expect and what my options are based on my history and goals. I have always wanted lighter hair but was always afraid of the potential damage of this process. Thankfully, Jenny always prioritized my hair health! It took us 3 sessions to get to my current goal of VERY light blonde and through it all, Jenny did what was needed to keep my hair long and strong. It felt easy to trust Jenny with my hair as she explained everything to me along the way. She's also very open to feedback so I was very comfortable letting her know when my color goals changed. She was very flexible and got me to my new goals. I absolutely love my new hair; there's so much depth and the colors of my hair blend so smoothly. I also really appreciate how seriously the salon takes COVID-19 protocols. They do not permit walk-ins and do not double book so there is never anyone waiting for a session in the salon. The chairs are well spaced out and they seem to plan it so that not all the chairs are occupied to maintain more than adequate social distancing. At arrival, customer temps are taken and we're instructed to wash our hands before taking a seat. Each chair is immediately wiped down after each service and masks are required while in the salon. I think it's great that they do everything they can to make the customers feel safe.

She did a great job with the facial and my eyebrows! I have a scar through one of them thanks to a childhood accident, and she was so meticulous that you can't even tell. In the past when I've had my brows waxed, the tech left them looking a little uneven or too thin. My skin felt so smooth and soft from the facial. My husband noticed (lol) and complimented me when I got home. I enjoyed the facial and the massage so much that I almost fell asleep during both. Symone did a wonderful job with the massage. The facial includes a neck, shoulder, and arm massage which is just lovely. The pedicure by Candy was also nice, but I had to come back for that the next day due to scheduling issues. The spa is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. They follow all Covid procedures including temp checks when you check in. All in all, I'd recommend this spa for an afternoon of pampering. As for product selling as mentioned in other reviews, when I went to pay, the young woman at the desk told me which products were suggested, but I declined due to cost and she was very nice about it. Alright well, I was willing to give this place the benefit of the doubt (and hold off my review after my first bad experience with them) but it is obvious that this place is just downright awful because both of my visits to this place have been just horrendous. My first visit, I waited for over 45 minutes after "reserving" a spot online for 1pm. There was only one person working there who never once glanced up to greet me or even tell me how long it might be or that they will be with me after they finish up with their clients. Anyway, the haircut was fine but the workers are not very welcoming or talkative even when being engaged. It seems whoever is managing the place is hell bent on cutting costs rather than giving two shits about the clients' time or overall positive experience. So yeah, first experience was no good. Flash forward a few months to today and it is time for a trim. I (stupidly) decided to give this place another shot and what do you know! An identical situation occurs! I enter the door and am greeted by a single hair stylist with nothing but a glance in my direction. To reiterate, there was only ONE person working but this one person was dealing with dying (and I presume eventually cutting) one clients hair and cutting another's simultaneously. MEANWHILE, there was another person waiting in line in front of me even though I made a reservation which was scheduled for 2:40 (I arrived at 2:35). That is 4 goddamn customers at once that whoever manages this place expects one hair stylist to take care of in a timely manner. Judging by how slow my experience was previously with just one person being helped, I imagine this would have taken at least an hour to even be given an estimate on a wait time. So, I dipped out and went to Great Clips (with no reservation) which was an amazing choice because they had two people (who were extraordinarily friendly) working and provided me with a better haircut and client experience than Supercuts ever had. Oh and I was helped almost immediately WITHOUT a "reservation". I understand that COVID is messing things up but not improving (but rather getting even worse) over the course of like 3 months is completely unacceptable especially when the store offers "reservations" which they cannot realistically meet. If you decide to go here (which I HIGHLY recommend against) be prepared to wait upwards of 1-2 hours past your original reservation time. Wish I could rate lower but Yelp daddy says no. read more

I've been going to this store for over 8 years and I've never been disappointed, ever. I like that I can go in, get a good cut/color/blow out and be a normal person with out the salon experience being a massive production. This store is an incredibly busy location so you have to expect a wait at peak times but the stylists never rush which speaks volumes. I also wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. Most of the stylists are parents themselves and incredibly patient, knowing how much of a challenge it can be just to trim a little human's head! Love this location. read more
