My husband got his hair cut here while on vacation, the lady was super friendly and helpful. The haircut was really good too, definitely recommend! read more

Made a last minute appointment and was SO happy with the cut I got. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she absolutely nailed it!!! Also styled it super cute for me before I left. KELLY is the BOMB and hopefully she will be around so I can continue having her do my hair! read more

Rude. Overpriced. Corporate energy. Make an option for undercuts, $29 for 5 min buzz bc all you have is haircut option is ridiculous. No wonder no one ever in here read more

Super rude both times I went in. I feel like there is only one woman working there. I never see anyone else. I get you may be busy but part of what you are supposed to do is be polite to clients walking in the door. read more

Took my son here to get his hair cut, nothing fancy just trim the sides and top. His hair is uneven mess, she trimmed a square around the ears. Took the lady 5 minutes to cut and it cost 25 dollars for a absolute botch job. Lady's attitude and energy was terrible to be around as well. read more

If I could give it a zero star I would. Destroyed my hair. Looks like I have a mullet now, I can't even pull my hair back for work.

This is my second haircut at Supercuts. My stylist was Heather, who did an awesome job. She cut my hair exactly as I requested and was quick to do so. I definitely recommend this business and look forward to my next quality haircut. Thank you Heather! read more

We recently moved to Oak Harbor and I needed a haircut after arriving. I went here and had a good experience with Courtney who cut my hair. Today (9/18/18) my husband and I both dropped in for haircuts. We were asked if we had made an appointment which we did not. I didn't make an appointment because I was informed my first visit a customer could only make an appointment for the same day. Crystal cut my hair and it seemed quick but I thought it would be okay but when I got home and my hair dried ( she had sprayed my hair with water and did not blow dry it at all) I realized it was not a good haircut in that one side is noticeably longer than the other. It was also choppy. My husband did not fare any better. Heather was the stylist for my husband's haircut. She seated my husband and wet his hair when a walk-in woman arrived to purchase products but not to get services. Heather immediately went to the woman and left my husband sitting there while she waited on the woman and stood there continuing to discuss products with her as well as going to look for products for her. I mentioned to Crystal that I think my husband fell asleep when he said he was awake but forgot why he came thinking Heather would realize he was commenting on her rudeness keeping him waiting so long while he was there before the walk-in and was already in her chair. No such luck. Back to Sports Clips for my husband and I will continue my search for a new place to get a good haircut. read more

As is always the case here, I was greeted immediately when I walked in. They checked me in right away and gave me an accurate estimated wait time. My cut was exactly what I wanted and I was ready to continue my day when I was finished. Heather and the rest of the crew there are always professional, and ensure that each customer is treated like the most important person in there. read more

I had lots of gray that needed covered and was overdue about 8 months for a haircut. I went in with a pinterest picture and came out looking amazing! The services I received were spectacular and the cost was reasonable - I had highlights, cut, and color all for $125. When I went to school today - I am a high school teacher - I received tons of sincere compliments from students and colleagues. Made me feel like a million bucks! Thank you so much Chelsi for taking the time and patience to give me a great new look. I love it! read more

If you want to waste your money on a haircut you didn't ask for, that is also a haircut no one would ask for then look no further. The ladies here will have you looking your absolute worst. Make sure to stock up on lots of paper bags to cover your new grotesque look. read more

I came in for a haircut today and Terri Cut my hair, after just moving to the island and having horrible experiences with other high end salons I decided to give Supercuts a go, I am pleasantly surprised. The conversation was great and she listen to every detail about how I wanted my haircut cut (because I am very specific) and she exceeded my expectations! By far! Best haircut I've had in years! Will definitely be back and only for her, she made a great experience! read more

Why make an appointment if the business can not keep it. So far, 25 minutes past my appointment and still waiting. Edit: I waited for a total time of 50 minutes, as always, I was 10 minutes early......so again, why make an appointment? I was told the appointment is considered a "round about" time. I can totally understand waiting for 15 or even 20 minutes, but not close to an hour! read more

worst haircut in my life. the person used one hand to hold sections of my hair back instead of clips, and cut the hair without guiding it one handed. they poked me in the eye multiple times with scissors. my fringe was awful and the whole cut was uneven. my partner got their hair cur as well and that stylist wasn't any better. I reached out to Supercuts and no one called me back to make it right. Waste of $70. read more

I called and was told I can have a 1:15pm appointment. Once I got here they told me the stylist needs to head to lunch and it'll be more like 1:30pm. It's now 1:53on and nothing. I finally called again and I was told the stylist took another cut before me. So unprofessional. All I needed was literally two braids which would've taken 5min. I have things I need to do other than wait 45min. Ridiculous. read more

I was visiting family and decided to get the kiddos hair cut. I usually use supercuts but have never been to this location. They were very busy but I was addressed within seconds of walking in and was told the approximate wait time. We checked in and ran a few errands. We came back earlier and we're able to get the cuts started even earlier then the expected time. Huge plus for this busy single mom. Both stylists were extremely friendly and made sure they fully understood what types of cuts were needed. I was very impressed with our visit and will definitely come back the next time I'm in the area! read more

Usually I don't have any complaints but this time I was disappointed. You would expect to have hair stylist that at least takes care of their own hair. My stylist was clearly high on whatever drugs she was smoking, all over the place, slurring her words, didn't look clean at all. I wanted to give her a chance but I regret it. If you go in DO NOT GET THE STYLIST THAT HAS CHOPPY PINK HAIR. I will not be returning. If they trust and have confidence in an employee that shows up to work the way she does and works the way she does, I don't want their service. read more

Playing catchup to this monstrosity. My experience here is pretty dismal. I used to go here a few years back well... 8 to 9 years back and the cuts were just average, nothing to write home about. Then came the great day of walking in and seeing all the ladies, yes every single woman barber or stylist, whatever you want to call them, chatting away at one sitting in one of the chairs. I stood and stared as the only customer in the place. They peered over and continued their conversation. " oh you don't have time to give me a terrible haircut today, well maybe I shouldn't come here anymore" haven't been back since. Felt better than kicking a heroin addiction, probably. read more

Terrible customer service, extremely slow, turning people away like crazy, and making people with appointments wait 30 minutes past their scheduled time. read more

Never even made it in the chair. The unprofessional conversations and language was enough for me to leave.

I got a pretty good hair cut, but I got upsold so much on a shampoo and lame shampoo and conditioner.

Superb place w. friendly staff! You definitely get what you're paying for! I normally tend to spend a penny on high end salons but I decided to go outside the box and try out a average priced hair cut; With that being said, the hair you receive is luxurious for the low price of $16! Definitely coming in again! read more

I forget the stylists name, but she did a decent job on my hair. I was hesitant to try a place like this at first, but it went better than anticipated. I have also taken my 4 yr old son, and 5 yr old daughter for haircuts here, and they seem to do well with kids.. read more

Loved the new color and cut that I received from Heather. She took the time to talk to me in regard to what the style would be like to style after the cut. She recommended the styling product I needed and I left feeling like I could do this myself tomorrow mor read more

My girl had an appointment at another salon for a $250 service and ended up getting a trim here instead. Crystal was very sweet and understanding as to how my girl ended up there at Supercuts. She did her best to make my girl feel valued - she said she will be back! And when I come to visit, I just make the go in for a cut too! Thanks for showing some compassion for someone who was having a hard day. read more

Paula is an artist. I had a bad cut elsewhere and didn't think there was much she could do, and she shaped it, and made it look better than cuts I've had at high-priced salons. She has a feel for hair and how it will go with your face and adds little touches beyond which most people would stop and get on with the next customer. Does one wait there? Yes. Because each person is getting the full attention of the stylist. It's not a car wash. And it's a drop in service not an appointment service. Just take something to do and know that the wait is compensated by the fee. read more

Make an appointment but know that it is an approximate time. Walk-ins won't be taken before you. Ask for Crystal. She's great. She pays attention to what you want and does an excellent job. Tom read more

I have been to Supercuts about five times now and have always recieved the absolute best service. I will continue to get my haircuts here. Unlike a lot of people, I don't expect the person cutting my hair to be a para-psychologist , or be interested in the details of my daily life. I just expect them to cut my hair the way I want it cut and that's all. Supercuts does this superbly well. read more

This was my first time there and I stopped in on a whim to get my sons long over due haircut. We got there at 6 and was told there were several 6 o'clock appointments but we could hang out and see if we could get squeezed in. They were extremely busy but very polite and courteous and even had to turn people away, which I'm sure no hair dresser ever wants to do. As people came in they would tell them they were booked for day and they proceeded to hand out coupons and apologize. We ended up being the last appointment and Courtney was fantastic. She didn't hurry or treat us like we were making here work past closing time, even thought it was 30 minutes past closing time. I will definitely be back. You don't seem to get good customer service anywhere so I will happily wait to be treated like my business matters. read more

After my first visit, I though "great, an affordable place to get a quick, decent cut". I was given a card and told to use the call ahead service for my convenience in the future. Today I called ahead to see if I could be seen in 40 minutes by a specific person and was told no problem. When I arrived I was not greeted and saw that maybe I would not be seen anytime soon. When I asked a worker there, I was told by the person I wanted to see that it would "be awhile" with an eye roll and the other gal told me she was going on a lunch break. I work hard all day on my feet. I understand having a bad day, but I can't justify spending my money or my precious time being treated so poorly. read more

Yikes. I went in for a trim, got a guy who looked like he was either half asleep or on drugs, and I got the worst haircut of my life. I have to now go somewhere more expensive to have MORE cut off to get it to look half way decent. I used to go to this place off and on, and never had a problem with a hair trim, but this guy today just hacked away unevenly at my hair. read more

So, there is one thing you need to understand bout this place. It has a constantly evolving staff of stylist. When they first opened years ago I had a bad cut here. You can go here one year and get a great cut, come a few years later and get a not so great one..But as of early 2015, me and my mom both have gotten some great cuts here. I had a cut from a more pricey salon up the street (I wont say its name but it starts with an A) "fixed" here and I was VERY pleased with how thorough the young man was. (I think his name was David? Skinny hipster looking kid with black hair) I was a bit worried at first when he seated me..last cut I got by a man was awful. But he was SO thorough and took his time with my thick, curly long hair. He was just awesome and I highly recommend him! I went home feeling awesome about my hair which isnt always the case when you have super thick curly hair..Its either hit or miss, some stylists are lazy and send me home with wet, poofed out half-straightend hair that is embarassing. It takes at least a good 30-40 minutes just so flat iron my hair! He took his time and assured that I was happy with the layers in the cut before he took the apron off. Ill def go back if he is here. read more
