I went to get a quick trim of maybe half an inch taken off. I arrived there 20 minutes before they closed at 5 PM which is what their door says, and it says for their Salon hours. Even though they were still open, she wouldn't take me for a quick trim, which would've taken about 10 maybe 15 minutes right before they closed and turned me away saying she couldn't take me when I drove all the way from the north side of town and was trying to get a trim before I had a class that was across the street and on the side of town the salon was. I am very disappointed in the fact that she wouldn't just take me for a quick trim while they were still open before 5 PM which would've taken not much time at all since it was just a tiny little bit that was gonna be taken off and I'm very displeased with our customer service and wouldn't recommend them as the lady who was at the front desk and stylist wouldn't take me while they were still technically open for something that would just be really quick to do. I rate them barely a star for their customer service and honestly, I'm very disappointed. read more

Had a wonderful haircut with Mirelis. I was a walk-in and was taken after a short wait. I asked for a trim all around and she did just that. Thank you! read more

Came in to get a haircut during their hours of operation listed on the door and was unable to receive services. All I wanted was a 5-10 minute haircut and I was unable to get that because they had closed early. read more

I recently moved to Naples and stumbled upon Diane at the Supercuts on the Trail in Naples. She is just an amazing hairdresser. Meticulous, very clean, and very patient. My men's haircut is just fantastic, and because it's Supercuts, the value is tremendous. read more

Twice, I've gone here to get a haircut. Both times, one hair cutter in the joint. Tried to call, Verizon voice mail turned on, stating shops too busy. When u go to their website, it says call to set up appt. Never more than 1 employee in the store. How can a store survive with 1 employee? read more

I am new to the Naples area and needed highlights. Having been the model under exclusive contract in the 90's for the brand "Head & Shoulders" to do all their tv commercials and magazine ads for 3 years in New York.....I am very picky about my hair! Who would have thought the best kept secret in Naples is TRACEY at SUPERCUTS! Experienced, knowledgeable, talented and reasonable at that! She did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her! read more

Kelly is a kickass hairstylist !!! Always a great cut !!! And she is a verry nice person also !!! Tip her well as she is the best !!!

Easy online appointments. I was taken promptly. Staff was friendly and I was very satisfied with the cut. Price is very cheap.

After being vaccinated for Covid, I was looking for my first haircut in at least six months. I was new to Naples, and I found the Yelp reviews of various barbers to be confusing, so I took a chance and walked into Supercuts without an appointment. Fortunately, a young woman named Michelle was free, and she gave me the best haircut I have had in years, nothing fancy or unusual, just a really great-looking haircut. The shop was clean, following all Covid protocols, Michelle was fun to talk with, and the price was remarkably low. I have had a lot of barbers in my 74 years, and Michelle ranks among the top three (the other two charged much higher prices). I feel incredibly lucky to have found her, and she has my highest recommendation. read more

Was told to come in at 3:15, was told they were running 20 minutes behind, no problem, I waited and still after a half hour no update, had to leave. Got taken somewhere else right away. read more

All I can say is , "Paige, you are awesome!" Ok, maybe a little more. I was reading reviews for several hair salons on Yelp, and due to the amazing reviews for Paige at Supercuts I took a chance, hoping she would be there(I know I could have called but I like to live dangerously). I have not had my hair cut in over a year, and there was some damage. I told Paige I needed to keep enough length to get all my hair pulled back, and NO bangs, that was it. Yes, I gave complete control over to her(like I said, I like to live dangerously). I was not disappointed!! She did an awesome job. I recommend her, highly! And I will be using her again and again!!! read more

Paige is the bees knees! She's cooler than cool! I was anxiety filled about chopping off all my hair into a Bob and she helped calm me down and feel very confident telling me how great of a decision it was. She did such an incredible job! I absolutely love it, she gave me tips on how to maintain my look after and it's been days and I still can't stop staring at myself. I just love it! Thank you again, Paige!! I'll be back soon! read more

I try to stay away from places like this because of poor haircuts in the past. I saw the good reviews and decided to give it a shot. I wanted an undercut which is a newer hairstyle that many hairstylists are unfamiliar with. After showing her a picture of what I wanted , she proceeded to butcher my hair. She had no idea what she was doing. After growing my hair out on top for over a year, I will now have to cut it all off. Easily the worst haircut I have ever received. STAY AWAY unless you are just looking for the average joe haircut. BEWARE read more

In my experience not only did they take an hour to do a fade they also cut the heck out of my ear and missed a lot of hairs on my neck and behind the ears. I would not recommend this to anyone that needs a haircut before any important events or job interviews. read more

Paige is utterly amazing ! My boyfriend sent me to her to get my hair done for my birthday because he'd been going there for sometime now. I left with my hair looking more natural then it ever has! Definitely an amazing place to get your hair colored! She makes sure that you leave perfectly happy and with what you wanted! Thanks so much Paige, you're amazing! read more

Was visiting family in Naples and decided that I had to have my hair dyed purple (yes, really the color of grape jelly) and cut IMMEDIATELY. Was worried that I wouldn't be able to get an edgy style/color in conservative Naples. Lucked into Paige at SuperCuts who was wonderful; she went out to the beauty supply store to get the haircolor I wanted, everything came out perfectly, cut is excellent. Highly recommend. read more

I should know better, I went in for high lights they were growing out 110 later and like 3 hours I ended up with a reddish brown thing, not blond highlights. can barely see anything was done to my hair. The girl did not put me under the dryer so it never pulled the blond, came out kind of red even told them to place a toner, it just looks mousy. She tried talking me into a hair cut. And she hurt, just rough on handling the hair. Ugh! read more
