The salon is elegant and clean -- all white. I scheduled a color and the stylist had problems with the tint ensuring it was the right amount to cover. It took several people consulting and the matter was resolved (just took a long time). When scheduling the appointment, I inquired as to the price. I was informed $135. What I was not informed is that if you want your hair shampooed and blown dry following the color, it is an extra $50. Who does not include shampooing with color. The cost for just coloring, shampoo and blow dry was over $180 plus tip. read more

Outrageous pricing. $263 for roots colored, highlights and blow dry. No hair cut. And my hair is short (cut around my ears and about 3-4 inches on top!). Who would pay this for short hair?!? No styling product used in blow dry ($46). After I got home my husband said "your hair looks darker". I looked and realized you can barely see the highlights!! And the highlights alone were $136! My bad for not asking pricing but I never expected this! Beware!!! read more

I literally was about to walk out with uneven sideburns not once but twice. I was hoping not to get the same hairstylist but sadly I did. I literally was about to walk out with uneven sideburns with the first visit, and the second visit... again!!!!!!!! She was so rude about it!!!! They didn't even let me know who I was getting for the second time. If I knew, I wouldn't have gone back. She shaved off MY ENTIRE SIDE BURNS!!! Not only that my entire haircut is horrendous! Very rude and unprofessional staff. I had visited this salon for the first time 4 weeks ago and although the stylist didn't allow enough time to flat iron my hair (she had another client waiting) I still decided to go back and give her another opportunity to do it right the second time around. This past weekend, I had my second appointment with her at 11:00am, when I arrived at 10:45 I noticed the stylist was finishing up someone in her chair so I sat quietly and patiently waiting for my turn. At 11:10, I noticed the receptionist walked over another customer who had her hair wet over to the stylist who had still not finished with the 1st client. The stylist informed the woman she would be with her shortly. I questioned the receptionist on why I wasn't next seeing that it was past my appointment time. The receptionist said she would be quick with her and that she just needed to brush her out (whatever that meant). She should have been truthful and given me the option to wait or rebook. I informed her I was not going to wait as I knew it just couldn't be a brush out. (who pays salon prices to get their hair brushed). As I turn to leave, the receptionist calls out to the stylist to inform her I was leaving. With no apology from either one of them, the stylist turned and said..."yeah, ok". Really? So rude! Did not care at all that I was leaving! No apology, no call to say she was running late, or didn't feel the need to walk up to explain and apologize herself. That demonstrated to me that my appointment and personal time had no importance whatsoever, it meant nothing to her or that of the salon. (I mean aren't stylist a reflection of the salons they work for?) I refuse to patronage any salon for services that are rude and have no respect for my time and could care less if I stay or go. I'd bet that if the tables were turned and I walked in 15-30 minutes past my appointment and I didn't call, I would be turned away with no hesitation. So why does Salon Sararo think this behavior is acceptable? There are way too many salons to choose from in Naples, so it's obvious, I will not be returning to this salon. read more

I called for a last minute haircut appointment for Dec 23rd to be ready for Christmas since I haven't had it cut since February. They were able to get me in. The owner cut my hair. I now joke that it was my "first real haircut". I have long, thick hair that most salons don't like to deal with. He took his time and really did an amazing job. On top of that, he called to check in on 12/29 to see how everything was going with my hair and if I needed anything! I am now a client for life. I'd recommend them 10/10. :) read more

I am new in the area and chose Salon Sararo on its location. Its in a fairly new strip mall anchored by Sprouts. The reception area was very welcoming and my appointment ran on time. All of the people were friendly and the owner made a point to introduce himself. Loved my haircut and color with Anna. She did a great job with very little direction from me. The salon is a large area so there was no overcrowding and felt safe with their COVID protocol. Would definitely go back to Anna for future services. Highly recommend this salon. read more
