The booking on line is useless. We booked online and another person came in after us and they took him first. Said he called. But we booked online line and it was way past our time when he showed up. So he had to be past his. If we both either booked ahead or called the first one there should be serviced first. Also the points for service are a hit and miss if you get them. My first two visits were over 200.00 each time and I didn't get any points for either one. But they gave me points for 2 hair cuts. Not consistent. read more

I went in for a haircut and was so pleased with the cut . I have a lot of hair and it's very coarse . I met Laurie and she was absolutely fabulous. She understood exactly what I wanted gave me the layers with the curtain bangs . Laurie also offered me highlights and we had a consultation about what my options were . I went to get a hair treatment and a trim. My hair came up dried and the cut was awful. I waited long with the treatment on while the stylist was with other customers. I also gave her 9 $5 dollar gift cards for payment and she only put down 6. I noticed it when I have left building. i love this location, the stylists are so friendly and amazing. LAURIE is my main stylist as she knows how to work with fine thin hair like mine whether that's color or cut. she took a chance on the bleach knowing how it may affect my fine hair because i wanted blonde so bad and it came out perfect!! even while the shop was a bit busy she made sure to keep an eye on how it was lifting and would check for breakage. very sweet woman, i love coming to visit and let her refresh and rejuvenate my look. thank you Laurie, see you in 2 months for more blonde!! read more

I don't have any hair experience here however DO NOT get any waxing done here. I have a place I usually go to but just needed my eyebrows cleaned up a bit so I just ran in here to get them done. Honestly while I was there I thought he was doing an ok job. A little cautious and slow but I thought that was ok. I wasn't super pleased with the result, one or my eyebrows was fuller than the other. He tried to fix it but it still looked the same so I just let it go and figured I'd have my waxer fix it later. I got home and they were pretty red which is usual. About 2 hours later these little cuts started to appear and became really red. Later that evening my brows were really swollen, and the small cuts were bleeding. I've been waxing my eyebrows waxed for 15 years and have NEVER had them look like this. I put some ointment stuff on them and today they look worse. So now I'm stuck with these big cuts on my face from it. One of them being right between my eyes. I will never go back to this place even for a haircut. read more

I am normally pretty relaxed and don't get upset easily. However, this place gave me the worst haircut I've ever had (I'm in my 30s) and I'm still upset about it. I asked for a normal fade and there was no further questions. Next thing I know my sideburns are completely gone and the back of my head is all uneven and shaved rather high. I can still the lines on where she switched blades. In trimming the top of my head, she didn't do bad, but I'd be lying if I said it was evenly cut around my forehead. Little bit unpredictable,.....I came in on a Saturday right at 1 and asked if I can do just a small cut to get wispy bangs and some bleach so I can do the color on my own. They said the bleaching process was gonna take 3-4 hours (if that's the case we would have been done before or right before they would have closed for the day) and said they didn't have enough time to do it today (there was no one in the salon only me and no people waiting). I understood and made a appointment (when they say they don't do appointments only walk in's) for Tuesday a week later so not the next Tuesday after that Saturday but a whole week after that do to my bleach. I agreed and waited patiently only for them to call me the day before (5 minutes before they close) to tell me that they are canceling my appointment because they have to manny kids coming in that day for back to school week. If they knew I had made an appointment a week an half ago, you think they won't schedule so manny people for that day right? (Also wanna point out again that they don't do appointments so how would they know so manny people were gonna come in the next day?) they tried to ask if I could reschedule another week back on the next following Tuesday, what they don't know is I also work with kids so back to school week was also the week I was gonna have time to get my hair done with less restrictions. I don't know if they actually do appointments and they just have that sign up for no reason or if they genuinely don't want to do bleach and color so badly that they had to make excuses. If you want to do bleach or dare even ask for color don't try this location at lest. read more

I called ahead of time to "save my spot" and was very happy to show up and be seated right away. Sam took great care of me. I made sure she knew I wanted color safe products in my hair and she even showed me products she used and ensured me she would take care of me and she did! The products she used smelled amazing & always made sure to tell me what she was doing to my hair before she actually did it. She was very friendly and funny. I never find myself buying products from a hair salon, but because she shared so much knowledge with me about how the products work, it made me want to buy them and I did! I have had brown hair for the longest time. So when I made the decision to dye my hair a different color it was scary. My first time at Supercuts had given me a reason to be scared. I had gone into Supercuts wanting something like a mushroom brown or ashy blonde ombré/highlights . The job that the hairstylist did was not even close to what I had wanted. The finished job came out as red/orange highlights but at the ends was the same color as my roots. So I have a layering of brown in the roots to red/orange in the middle then brown again at the ends! To add, I went in the first time at Supercuts to get the hairstyle that I had wanted and the hairstylist charged me $150. My hair wasn't how I wanted it but the hairstylist said there would be another session. However, the hairstylist did not mention that I would have to pay an additional charge for the last session. When I went to the last session, my hair was still not how I wanted it and the hairstylist charged me another $120. I would have liked to know the whole price in the beginning. I would like to mention that I did call and complain and Supercuts gave me $120 back but I would not recommend getting your hair done at Supercuts. read more
