But I'm so glad my first time was with Meghan. She seriously is the sweetest person I've ever met. She was so gentle and really helped me feel relaxed which is not easy for me!! I love that she walked me through her process before starting and as she went along. I booked for an hour and it was the most relaxing hour of my life. She gave amazing scalp and shoulder massages throughout and she has the perfect pressure. The whole process just makes you feel so pampered and relaxed. I think we could all use some pampering with how hectic life can be. We did a jelly mask and it felt so amazing on my skin. Meghan told me what to expect after and recommended products. The whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for and more! My skin looks and feels amazing. I will definitely be back again!!

I was a little apprehensive at first since I have had bad experiences at other salons around town. But after speaking with Kayla my fears were put aside and I enjoyed every part of my haircut/styling. She truly listened to what I wanted and fears I had in order to produce the style I wanted! She genuinely wants you to be happy with your hair and your experience. She has worked past her usual hours so I could come after work with my job schedule which was above and beyond. Belair's just moved to Springboro and it's a lovely place. Everything is always clean, comfortable and prepared with the customer in mind. I've also had my hair done by Candace and Jaiden when I had to reschedule due to last-minute conflicts. They were both excellent as well. And the icing on the cake is their very reasonable prices! Half way through the service he told another stylist that he was doing something different (with tip outs I believe), when he told he he was going to leave the underneath of my hair dark and untouched, I reminded him I wanted an all over lighten, and ultimately wanted to be completely blonde, eventually without a lot of dimension, and he grabbed the foils on my head and paused for a second and said "no you dont", then continued on to tell me that it would be too much up keep and would damage my hair over time, regardless of the fact that I have been all over blonde within the last few years, and have been consistently getting my hair bleached for the last 5+ years. During a conversation I mentioned I'd thought about doing red, but never do because red clings to my hair, and is nearly impossible to get out of my hair, and then he proceeds to tell me a few hours later that he puts pink in his toner, which has now left me with reddish roots, that I cannot for the life of me get to fade away. Which means next time I go blonde, I'm going to have Orangey patches due to this. This appointment also started at 3:30pm, and I did not leave the salon until 11:15pm, which is absurd, unless I had a complete transformation of my hair. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, and have tried self-toning and using toning shampoo to correct my hair color and try to get close to what I asked for with no luck. ​ In the end the service was around $200, which isn't considered "expensive" for a blonding service, but it unfortunately isn't money well spent when you don't get what you asked for. The stylist also made a comment of "I hate doing hair for people I know, because then they think that have a say in how I do their hair.", which is just an off putting comment, considering I feel that if a client is getting their hair done, they ALL do have a say in how their hair is done? All on all, not a bad price, friendly people, but unfortunately not worth almost 8 hours in the salon. I wish I would have put that money towards getting my hair done somewhere else, and saved my hair the process of being bleached without a good end result. ​
