The owner, Millie, was out on vacation, so we dealt with Clara. Instead of working with us to resolve the issue, we felt like we were treated as if our concerns didn't matter. The pricing also seemed inconsistent, and we left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of rather than valued as customers. When you're paying a significant amount of money for a professional service, you expect the work to last longer than a few days and for the business to stand behind it if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. If you're considering getting hair extensions here, I recommend asking detailed questions about the salon's warranty or repair policy before spending your money.
