Great haircut as always. I go weekday mornings and never have to wait. The stylists are always friendly.

My 8year old received one of the best cuts he has had. I almost didn't go at first because of some Yelp reviews. So I'll say this. . . If you are a negative person, take a breath and don't post things on Yelp.. Do you know how hard it is to find a family friendly hair place? Yelp is full of bad reviews for family haircut places for some reason. We are not going to a salon. I care about getting a hair cut for my children. The people don't even have to be friendly. It's a haircut. They need to be able to cut hair; the end. The hair stylist did exactly what we asked for without a lot of questions needed. To me, that always shows an understanding of how to cut hair. My son was grinning the whole way home because he was happy with his haircut. The night before we flipped through photos online and this one came out just like the one he wanted. It only took 20 minutes from walk in to completion. Great experience! read more

Place is never open on time and sometimes not at all. Turnover is unreal and most stylist are unhappy or smell like smoke.

Every time I come here there is only one person working, maybe 2 people waiting and it's over and hour and a half wait. Every time. The app you can no longer set an appointment like you use to. This place use to be good but they never have any employees. They even raised the price to $19.99 now. One person cutting everyone's hair. Need to find a new place to go. Also, you never know when they will be open or not. They seem to open and close when they feel like it. Whoever owns this place needs to show up for work and learn how to run a business. read more

Supercuts is open on Sunday! I try and get my hair cut every three weeks or so. I normally go to the same spot and just wait for the first stylist available. This is my routine and I rarely deviate from it. This past Sunday I realized it had been nearly five weeks and my head was looking quite shabby. When I pulled up to my regular spot I quickly realized it was closed. I exclaimed (to no one in particular): "EGAD! What am I to do?" Lucky for me, yelp informed me of Supercuts being open. From there the experience gets less exciting. The shop appeared very worn out and somewhat dated. The carpet was completely worn through in spots and there weren't many chairs or cutting positions. There were also only two stylists on duty, and many people waiting for a cut. Once I was seated, my stylist was friendly and did a decent job with one exception. She trimmed my sideburns where they ended up completely uneven. I didn't realize till a day later which meant I walked around with my left sideburn significantly shorter than the right for an entire day. Luckily I am handy with a razor and fixed it so people would stop ridiculing me, at least for that particular reason. I did appreciate them being open on Sunday, but I don't think this will become my go-to spot. read more

From the moment I told Danielle that I wanted a short cut and described it, she gave me attitude. Told me her fingers were large and she could only get it so short. Asked me why I wear my hair short. Cut it, was not short enough, cut it again with clippers. Asked her twice to chip it out. Second time, her response was: "Really? Why do you want that?" I replied: "because it's my effing head". We came into town with 3 guys who desperately needed haircuts. Lisa was there to help us and she did a fabulous job. My 7yo son asked for a "Bruce Wayne haircut" and she played along, even saying she found her "Bruce Wayne clippers." She was a jewel. Great haircuts and Lisa gave awesome service with a big smile. They use to have a great haircutter named Roz. Not sure about the spelling. Never again will I go to that location. Now if they bring back Roz, I would return. read more

Trash as hell. how is it people can leave get there names called not be there. then they cross them out. cut the person after both of them. then go back to the names you already called. i don't if the hair dresser are mentally ill or the customers. but i've been going here for 4 years. i'll never be going back unless it's so say fuck you. read more

Curly hair is hard to cut. Karen does the best at cutting my hair. I can tell; when i get up in the mornings my hair looks good. She cuts with the curl and not against the curl. Makes a big, big differences. If she can cut my hair, she can cut anyone's. She comes highly recomnended. read more

I have been to this location twice. First time, i walked in and found only one hairstylist with no clients. Tall black woman if that helps. She looked annoyed as she had to get up to get me at the counter. When I told her want i wanted she very rudely said she had appointments coming in in 45 minutes so she couldn't take me and that other stylists wouldn't be in for another hour. The kicker is that i only wanted a WASH AND BLOW DRY. Went back today and was greeted by a nicer lady. Again i was the only customer. Told her I just needed a wash, dry , and flat iron. She needed help on the computer so she calls the rude tall lady (God forbid she had to get out her chair again) to help her type it in. The rude lady looks at me and tells me its $40 while rolling her eyes! I've had this service done at Family cuts and other quick salons for $20-25. So i àsked how much without the flat iron... $35! No wonder this place has no business... Rude service (seems like management) and ridiculous pricing.... read more

Which is okay, I don't mind driving to get my haircut but when I called the # 985-674-1091 which was listed for that location, first try they hung up on me, second, third, fourth was leave a message. Got my haircut yesterday and won't be going back! As I suspected after my 10 min clipper cut, I got home and found patches next to my side burns around the ears that were missed completely as well as up near my temples which has not been cut evenly. The 'technique' she (black lady) used to trim the top of my head was basicly hold the hair up with the comb and lop off anything that appeared to be uneven? No using any fingers to check that it was even across my head, she acted as though she didn't want to touch my freshly washed hair as she might get her hands covered in hair?! How do you mess up a clipper cut that bad I ask, by not caring what you are doing. I only tried this place because it was closer than Sport Clips where I usually go and there was only one person working in Super cuts which raised a red flag to begin with. Bottom line is if you want to waste $20 go here and get you're hair cut, and then plan on going somewhere else the next day to get an actual haircut. read more
