Service was great, store looked neat and clean as always. I didnt get the name of my hairdresser and thats probably my fault, i never ask. But she did a great job and did just what i asked for. I walked right in since it was pouring outside and thinking that its because no one came out in the torrential rain we were having. Very happy overall and i am glad that i left the other supercuts location on rt. 109, because every person over there should have never gotten a license to cut hair. Came in for a hair cut and blow out. Hair cut came out good. The blow out was terrible. The blow dryer wasn't very hot. The blow out didn't even last 12 hours. For the price I paid, it should have lasted longer. read more

The worst ever!! The owner Pam has no customer service skills at all. When in to get my whole head colored, two weeks later, the grays are already coming out... I went to Diane after reading her wonderful reviews. I was so completely thrilled with her professionalism and styling. She was informative and great to speak with and her knowledge was outstanding. She gave me a cut and blow dry that was beautiful. I already spoke to her about coming back for highlights and glazing and recommended by boyfriend to come as well. Went this past week. Here's my take on it. The positives. 1. Friendly staff 2. Clean location 3. Plenty of parking. 4. In and within 25 min . The negatives 1. Decent not great cut 2. Bit expensive ($18.50 w/o tip and opposed to my regular barbers being 14-15 each for a buzz). I guess you trade off price and cut for speed and convenience. After coming here for a while I'm changing my rating to 4 stars. The hair cutters here are extremely friendly and customer service is superb. read more

My daughter and I both went for haircuts yesterday and we couldn't be happier with the results! Both hairdressers were so personable and really listened to what we needed, which I so appreciate! Also, since I have curly hair, I need product to help revive the curls. She recommended a few products that she personally had good experience with, but I never felt pressured in the way some salons tend to be with their clients. I ended up buying several items because I did not feel pressured to do so. Just another plus is that there is plenty of parking in the lot which is always convenient. Anyway, great experience for both of us. This location will definitely be my permanent go-to place whenever we need our hair done. read more

My wife had made me an appointment for 10AM the day before for a simple haircut no wash. I showed up the day of my appointment at 9:45. There were 2 women working on customers. The one woman said I know your wife called for a 10 o clock appointment but we have hair coloring's to do. The women would not even turn to me and talk. She said it would be at least a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes before we can see you. Very rude and un professional . I would never go to this dump again. Nasty, Rude, and unprofessional. Visit Date: June 16, 2018 We came to supercuts after we were minorly disappointed with the hair place we've been using for a few years now. I still love my hairdresser at the old place and she had nothing to do with what happened so even though you're probably curious I will not mention where we were previously going. This is what happened at the old place. I had made a 10:15 appointment and I thought I asked for my usual hairdresser. When we got there I was told I didn't have a 10:15 I had an 11 and it was not with my usual hairdresser but another hairdresser with a similar name. Than I got a little attitude because they were ready for me and I was breastfeeding my son. Finally my husband said to me "You don't want them cutting your hair if they're giving you a hard time." So we walked out of the salon and I was upset about what to do because that was the only day my son and I could get hair cuts before his birthday. My husband suggested supercuts and that's how we ended up there. The ladies at supercuts were awesome. We got there as a walk in just on time before it got too crowded. I think they need more hairdressers for a Saturday if possible. They handled my son first. Diane was the lady who did his hair and she did a great job. It has to be hard to cut a two year old's hair so we were appreciative. I don't remember who did my hair, I didn't catch her name but she was very nice and layered up my hair in the semi-short edgy way that I like it. So I'm sad to bid farewell to the old place because I really did love the girl who did my hair there, but from now on after that experience my husband and I will be going to supercuts for our hair. My husband is bald so basically he just helps me by taking care of our son after his hair is done and it's my turn for the haircut. read more

The only reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is because I have gotten a decent haircut here once in the past. I stopped in to get a quick buzz cut: shorter on the sides, longer in the top, blender in. A pretty standard cut. What I got was something akin to a lightbulb shaped hair cut with distinct and wavy lines between different levels, instead of something resembling a blended look. I sent a picture to my wife and she had a good laugh. I guess that's what I get for not going to an actual barber. If I didn't have to run to an appointment, I'd have tried to have them fix it. read more

So once again I have to day Chris is the greatest! He is the only one to cut my hair and make me happy with the cut. Until him its been many many years since i was happy with a haircut I got. He was truly a great find i happened upon. He was very busy before but it was well worth the wait. He is the only one i have ever and would ever wait a bit. Received the worst haircut from Diane. Went in for a "trim" and came out with the 'Kate Gosselin". Even if there was a miscommunication about "stacking", the length that was removed alone should disqualify her from using scissors again. It is a ridiculous cut considering all I wanted was a trim. I called back to complain and ask for a refund as I was so upset. Diane became immediately defensive and insisted she did what I asked her to do. Was not at all apologetic and seemed to accuse me of lying. I think she game me a rush job so she could get to her cream soda. Does not understand the service business at all. Instead of making me feel better I felt even worse like somehow it was my fault. I would not ever go to her again. In fact, she should not cut anyone's hair or deal with customers at all as she doesn't have the professionalism that is necessary in a service capacity. BEWARE! read more

Super Butcher! Stay away from this location!!! Alyssa gave me the WORST haircut of my life!!! And she cut my ear! I gave her photographs of the haircut style and length I wanted. She chose to ignore what I showed her and cut my hair so short and poorly that I can't go in public without a scarf covering my head. I am deeply upset and furious. Biggest mistake I've made in years to go here for a haircut. Please take my advice and don't go here, unless you like wearing head scarves. read more

I bought the 4 for $40 haircuts since I only let the places cut a straight line across the back of my hair ($10 for someone to just cut a straight line and take a few inches off the back is perfect). Simple, takes about 10 minutes and I am out of there. I have gone to this salon twice. The first time was probably about 6-ish months ago. When I got home, I noticed there were patches of hair she had completely missed (I had gotten about 3 inches taken off...and those 3 inches were still there in some places!). So, I cut those areas myself. But, then noticed that the bottom was completely uneven (like some sections were a full inch longer than others...it was crazy! I had noticed that she hadn't sectioned my hair and cut the bottom layer first and then the next and then the next as stylists had always done but I didn't think too much of it as she was cutting). Knowing I was seeing my sister in a few hours, I left it all alone and when I got to the party, she and I went into another room and she evened out the haircut...after that, I got compliments all over the place. So, I was happy in the end. Unfortunately, I didn't remember who cut my hair and hadn't gotten a name and wouldn't recognize her. Anyway, I went back yesterday and figured "Well, I am seeing my sister tomorrow so if it needs to be evened out again, she will do it." I asked Colleen to do a straight cut across the back. She suggested I put in a few layers. It's only hair and it grows back...so sure, put some layers in. Then, she suggested I let her use this texturing scissor...she said it will get rid of some of the thickness and make my hair move more. Sure, go ahead. I was in one of those "do whatever you want" kind of moods that I rarely am in when it comes to my hair. Well, when I left there, I wasn't too sure about the cut...it was shorter than I expected. But, I was happy that the weight was off my head and I knew that my hair grows so fast that even if it was a little short, in 2 weeks, it would be a good length. I washed, dried and used a flat iron on it and WOW. It is definitely the best haircut I have had in probably 20 years! I went to a party last night and the hostess came right up to me and flipped out. She LOVED the new style. I couldn't stop looking in the mirror all night. It was like I had gone on one of those makeover shows. I can't wait to see my sister's reaction later tonight. Colleen was also really friendly and personable. I have been coming to this location for a long time because I live a block away. After Amanda left as the manager and Chris came in I have gone from coming here once a week to once every 2 months. I love Diane and Angelene that is the only reason I come. They always do a flawless job on my hair (which I have a lot of) every single time. But I came here once to get a toner on my highlights and Chris did it. First, I have gotten this done multiple times so I know the process. He had absolutely no clue what he was doing. He used the wrong color for my hair, put the color in and left me sitting there for 30 minutes, he never shampoo and conditioned my hair, he simply just rinsed the toner out in the sink and then not only did he not wash my hair he didn't even brush it out and he let me walk out with a giant knot nest. He over charged me completely because I know the price should not have been what I was charged considering I have gotten it there multiple times. I ended up having to call the super cuts in West babylon and had them fix what he did for me. Also the new owners do not offer WiFi while I'm sitting here getting my hair done. Why have WiFi that says super cuts guests and not offer the guests to use it. Now that doesn't make any sense. read more
