Overall I was very happy with the work that was done on my hair and the care that was taken to make sure my hair was healthy. With that said there is nothing that justifies the cost of getting your hair done here especially since they triple book you and often leave your hair in the hands of their "assistants"- who are also stretched thin and mostly inexperienced. I get wanting to maximize profit. I have a business myself! So I get it. But imagine my surprise when i book a highlight at 11 and someone else books a highlight at 12 and now my colorist is leaving me to do both. On top of that i think it's generally wrong to not blow out your client who has just gotten color treatment because color looks different wet versus dry. I wasn't informed to book a blow out on top of my color services I was just rushed out of the chair with wet hair day of, which was odd. Additionally, someone who formerly worked on my hair here came into MY workplace for a service and then complained to my boss instead of letting me know directly that there was an issue. I would never do anything like that to anyone, but apparently this is the culture at this salon or what this individual decided was appropriate. Again, I was happy with how my hair came out here. They brought my hair back to normal after it was ruined by another salon, but I don't think I'll be back. Onward!

The point of this is, DO NOT GO HERE!!! The prices are high, the hair quality was very low and the technique was careless. Ladies work really hard to keep your hair healthy and one stylist can completely ruin it. DO NOT GO HERE! My clients was not refunded for this and was told by the stylist her self "she was experimenting" which is terrible. No one pays 200 dollars to experiment in they own head! As someone with thick, dark hair, this process can take over 3 hours, so some colorists have made me feel rushed or like a chore, but Heather really made me feel like a priority. The second time, I got booked with the owner, and unfortunately, she messed up my hair. I left a review explaining my experience (as anyone would), and that should've been the end of it. But no, when i tried to book with John again, I got a personal call saying I wasn't allowed back--because I didn't reply to her response on my review. I didn't realize hair appointments now come with emotional homework. If a business owner can't handle honest feedback without making it personal and petty, it says a lot more about their professionalism than any haircut ever could. since i can't reply to owners response i'll add it here. Thanks to the owner for confirming everything I said. Instead of accepting a customer's feedback gracefully, she chose to write a paragraph blaming my hair type, another salon, and me for not replying to her review response. For the record, I didn't realize that replying to google comments was part of the booking policy here. I was trying to see John again -someone I had a good experience with.
