She stopped what she was doing to say hi, thank me for stopping in, and to let me know someone would be with me shortly. The haircut was perfectly fine, no complaints. I did, however, feel a little rushed. Strangely, at the end of the session, the stylist did not offer to show me the back of my head using the hand mirror like in every haircut ever. I wanted a color that looked close to my natural medium brown indoors but had more of a burgundy tone in direct light. Mallorie was very patient and suggested a combination of 2 colors that would give me the results I wanted. The location isn't the closest to my home but I will gladly go back there as long as Mallorie is there. read more

Been a while waiting to get a haircut. I finally went to the Supercuts on Jog, but the place was closed...permanently. My usual girl was gone, so what's a guy to do. So I rolled the dice and went to the location on Military at Publix. Military and Meleluca. Upon entering, with my mask on, one lady was cutting a guy's hair. I asked if I could get a haircut. She said of course and called for Foil. Foil, I thought, hmm. She cam around the corner with a big smile and bright eyes and a personality that put me at ease immediately. All my life I could tell if I would get a good cut just by feeling the hands and how confident they are working. She was very confident. I got a great cut. I will be back Foil and I would recommend her anytime\ read more

I used to come here regularly for the past two years. But recently I went in on 3 different days around 4 PM and they close at 7 PM. The doors were LOCKED and there was no one inside except the workers. They were just talking amongst one another and waved me away. I think it's very ridiculous. I went for a simple cut and dye from someone new since my other lady disappeared. Fiol had good reviews did a nice cut but took it upon herself to "glaze" my hair. When I was checking out she put a large bottle of some expensive shiny spray even though I very clearly told her that I didn't want itshe then replaced it with a smaller size. My bill came to $94.01 It seems that the glaze that I didn't ask for was $65.99. When I asked her why she did that instead of just dying my hair I was it's beautiful Mommie Now your hair is so beautiful. I really feel violated by this person and her and switching a dye job up for I would assume more money for her manager to see. Also pressuring me to buy shine spray which I didn't want or need Very disappointed at being ripped off by someone whose only goal is to do whatever it takes to pad the bill. I brought my 5 year old in for a regular cut. Nothing crazy. My son is borderline spectrum autism. I'm fully aware it's not as easy as most kids to cut his hair, however for the white lady, on the heftier side (I said that because what she said next kept me from want to even know her name) decided it would be appropriate to ask "what's wrong with him", when he pulled his head back when she turned on the clippers. I understand he moves more than usual, but I haven't ever been asked "what's wrong with him" about my son in my life. It took all my strength to let her try to finish him. You would think there would be a little more patience or compassion for an autistic child, but nope. You get treated worse. Never will I step foot in the place. Disgusted. read more

My son's hair cut was okay although we had to ask for the stylist to use the clippers to take more hair off of the sides and top of my son's head. Stylist seemed to be in a rush even though there were no other customers in the shop besides us. The stylist's English was not too great so we had a hard time communicating with her. Probably will make the drive over to the Supercuts at Lantana and Jog next time rather than coming back here. read more

WOW! I have never been impressed with such service. First off let me start by saying I'm probably one of the most high maintenance customer. But it's just because I've had bad experiences in the past. So I was hesitant to walk in and try a new place out. Yet, when I first walked in I was greeted immediately by the manager. She was so nice and you could tell she runs that Supercuts like a well oiled machine. So for my hairstylist I got Vanessa and she was AMAZING! She really educated me on the style I should go for based on the shape of my head. To my surprise I even received complements on my new hairstyle. Vanessa is a master of her craft! I came with my boyfriend to get his hair cut with FIOL. We told her what she wanted but she barely even cared to listen and did such a speedy haircut. She rushed the whole thing and stopped to ask us a question only one time. It was weird that she was doing it so fast because we were the only customers there anyway. My boyfriend and I were extremely upset. She gave him a bowl cut. When we told her this is not what we wanted, she got super defensive and very rude. I have no idea how this place has any good reviews. Never going to Supercuts again. read more

I completely disagree with the five star reviews. Staff was dishonest and rude. Sophie said she could fit in my teen daughter for a cut and highlights and quoted a price only to up the price from $120 to $155 after she made the first cut on her head. After my daughter said no, you just raised the rate after you started, staff responded by saying openly to the other girl at the counter "they can't afford it so just put her down for a cut" I don't recommend anyone subject themselves to these rude scare tactics just to get highlights.
