Very disappointed with great clips having inaccurate information online. The first great clips I went to is no longer even there and then I drove way out of my way to come to this one at 7:26 PM because it said it closed at 9 PM and on their door it's at 8 PM, and they said they're no longer taking haircuts so I'll be sure to make sure other people don't use great clips in the area. Another disappointing visit to this location a great clips. I called at 9:00 this morning to find out if Cheyenne would be working today and the woman said yes she would be in at 1:00 p.m. so I went on the app and I logged in I got there at 12:30. Always like to be early just in case. Well, 1:00 came, 110.. 1:15, no cheyenne. They called her up from the store to find out that she indeed was not coming in today. My wife and I use two separate people in this location, and now this one hair cutter cheyenne, has cost that location two clients. Most disappointed, won't go back, removed the app. What a waste of time. read more

My hair was overdue for a cut and I popped in to get a trim. I've been to the one on Woolbright and Military and it's the same type of experience. The stylists were friendly and the one who took care of my hair didn't rush and made sure I was happy with the outcome before I walked out the door. When I go in, I usually get a shampoo, cut, and blow dry. It typically takes about an hour and it feels so good after it's done. I didn't have to wait at all when I went in. There is an online check-in feature for customers to set up a time to come in and not have to wait that long unlike coming in and taking a chance with the wait. It's a very clean and nice salon. When the stylists are done with each customer, they clean up their station before working on the next customer. There are coupons that come out in the mail randomly and you could save a couple or a few bucks if you get lucky with them. They have a frequent customer card and the 10th haircut is for free after 9 visits. I'll definitely be back. read more

DONT GO TI THIS PLACE! OMaria is the worst hairstylist I have ever seen in my entire life. She is so reckless about hair cutting and her job. I went there first time and all those hairstyles r just chatting and eating while I was sitting there. BAD customer service. Finally OMaria lady came to cut my hair and she didn't even listen to me and started cutting my hair. She made a big hole side of my hair because she was reckless busy chatting with other people. When I told her the way I want to get my haircut she told me she doesn't know how to do it and In the middle of the hair cut she asked me to go to a different Salon. Getting my just-turned 18 year old son's hair cut is a pain. He prefers to look shaggy but as his sister's wedding was less than a week away, I insisted he get his hair cut. After going back and forth on which salons might be acceptable, we settled on Great Clips as we've had several good experiences with GC in Wellington. Lisa the manager cut my son's hair at his directive although she trimmed it a little bit shorter at my asking.(pleading,really!) Anyway, the whole process was quick and painless. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the business is new and hopefully just has some kinks to work out! We stopped in today for back to school trim for my daughter. I expected jt to be busy. Luckily when we got there only two others were ahead of us. The wait wasn't too bad. While we waited several more people arrived. My daughter was called for her turn by a woman named Sharon. She barely said hello and only wanted to know how much we wanted trimmed. She didn't day two words to my daughter the entire 5 minutes she spent on her hair and afterwards while I paid didn't say two words to me other than my total. My daughter, who has been raised to have manners, thanked Sharon for the haircut. No response. I told her to speak up in case she didn't hear her, and without even looking up Sharon barked out a quick 'see you'. The woman in line behind me have me the "Wow" look as I took my kids by the hand and left. Sharon needs training on customer service and working with children if she is going to continue to cut hair there. The other staff was pleasant enough, they just need to figure out there check in and payment system a little better to move things along. read more

Lisa at Great Clips in the Pinewoods Plaza at Lantana & Jog is awesome!!! During my very first visit, Lisa noticed a small 'bump' on my scalp and STRONGLY urged me to contact my dermatologist ASAP. Long story short, this was a squamous cancer - the type that has roots that can spread quickly. Even though this was on my scalp just over 2 weeks, the MOHS procedure was used and I had to go back in twice - ended up with a large incision and 7 stitches. The only reason this is not a 5 -star review is that I've only been to this salon once... the place that usually cuts and colors my hair on Military Hwy hasn't answered their phone or returned voicemail for several days so I ventured out looking for another place. Great Clips didn't look like a real "styling" salon, but I figured maybe just a trim... when I got to the door, the sign said "great haircut sale." It was half the regular price. $7.95! Okay for sure just a LIGHT trim... But when I got inside, the story was completely different. The two people in their worked as an efficient team-- Lisa, the manager (who ultimately cut my hair) and another stylist, professional and quiet. You could see these two were right on top of things and each knew what had to be done to keep the line of adults and kids moving smoothly and efficiently. Lisa inspired such confidence in me that I showed her a picture of the haircut I always get -- and somehow she nailed it. I've never had a first-time haircutter do that before. So maybe that 5th star is warranted after all. This is a great place, lots of parking, and the line moves fast. Even at "full price" ... or even at twice the price ... I'd have been very very happy. I consider myself somewhat of a snob when it comes to who does my hair. I was in need of a cut but had not had time to make an appointment. I usually go to Aveda or Saks. The cut and blow out I received at Great Clips by William was one of the best cuts I've ever had. The service was world-class. When he was finished i felt and looked like i had gotten a $200 cut! And I was made to feel like I was their best customer. I was referred there by a good friend who was also pleased with their establishment. Great Clips is the place to go. I wish them much well-deserved success. I have told all my friends about Great Clips Lantana Road. I was in and out of there in time for my mani pedi. I get the same haircut every time I go there and I go there today and I messed my hair up! I get the same haircut every time I go there but now they made it to short. There is somebody knew there every week they don't have a regular barber and that's there every day. and it's like there's no experienced barber there and he is like there is no experience barber there.
