As small business owners ourselves, we know how important it is to treat customers with respect--especially loyal ones. This experience did not reflect that standard. To the owners and management: it is important to ensure your staff are properly trained in both communication and customer service. Clear language skills and professionalism are essential in this industry. Also, not every customer is looking for discounts or free services--we are simply looking for quality work and respectful treatment. During this visit, my sister's beautiful hair was shaved in the back with a razor to correct a cut that had been done too short. Using a razor in that way on a woman's hair is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We understand that mistakes happen. We are all human, and sometimes language barriers or misunderstandings occur. However, what matters most is how those situations are handled--with kindness, accountability, and respect. This is a business that charges premium prices, and with that comes the responsibility to train and guide staff on how to properly interact with customers. We are not asking for refunds or free services. What we expect is acknowledgment, empathy, and clear communication about next steps--instead of being immediately asked to remove a negative review in exchange for a free fix.
