I am beyond upset. I understand I had damage in my hair and needed 3 inches cut off, but this is terrible. The time before this, the stylist was wonderful. My hair looked amazing. Hey yall I had a horrendous experience on Wednesday but it was fixed and then some! My mom got in contact with corporate and talked to Cindy. Who heads up all the Houston and Dallas salons and Cindy set up not only to fix what happened but to make it an all around amazing experience! I found my future hair person named Tammy and loved interacting with merna to get a color correction and cleaned up the cut too! While i will still avoid Ashley and the new caney salon all together I would highly recommend Tammy and the Atascocita location! Thank you so much! read more

Do not go here as a walk-in if you don't like line jumpers. I waited 15 minutes seated inside checked in. My name was on the monitor as up next....WRONG. I was skipped by a modern Fedex driver. Right to the front she went! Neither the stylist, or the driver ever looked at me, they looked around me as if I didn't exist. I walked out, I was defeated by modern day attitudes of dismissal and cancelling. Super cuts will no longer have my business. All businesses should be first in the door in person, first to be served! They should at least have the courtesy to tell the people seated and waiting inside that they encourage line jumping and there is a chance you will be punished for waiting in person. As a punishment for not checking in on line you will go to the back of the line....again, and again, and again. read more

Located nearby plenty of shopping, parking seemed plentiful and easy to get to. Walked in around noon today with 2 people working. No one greeted (or said hello), no one took names, so I sat and waited. After about 20 minutes, everything still felt cold, so I said bye on my way out..... the lady didn't care. I've been coming here for a while now and both Tammy and Mirna are my "go-to". All the stylist there are great. They're all professional and know how to help and great at answering questions and giving tips and advice. I always check in on the phone app to get my seat in line when there's a wait. Due to covid they've been allowing customers slowly back into the business but still checking temperatures and washing hands and using face coverings to protect their clients. First - I strongly recommend check-in with the app. When I got there, there were a few people in front of me, but because I checked in an hour earlier using the app I was able to skip all of them and only waited 5-7 minutes. Second - the receptionist was really cool and was the one controlling the music playing and let me tell you.. she rock! I loved all the songs playing in the background. Third - It was my very first time at this location and with Angelica and she did an amazing job! I will definitely come back in 2 weeks looking for her. Overall great experience. Then why four stars? I came here yesterday, I wanted to go back to dark brown from my bleached blonde hair which was nearly fried. My stylist Tammy helped me so much giving me great advice and fully colored twice to get all the spots that wouldn't pull through and didn't over charge me. She completely revived my hair. Today (4:00 PM) is the first day beauty shops are open in Texas. Forget their Iphone app doesn't work to sign in (it crashes), forget their phones don't work so I drive over and give my name and number to get in line for a haircut (30 minute wait I'm told). About 40 minutes later I see four stylists walk out to their cars and leave, never saw one walk in by the way. After a 50 minute wait I walked in to see where my time was. There were two, maybe three stylists in the place total and the girl at the front said there were 5 more people in front of me. I asked about the stylists leaving and she said there were the "morning shift". They close at 6:00 so there is no afternoon shift apparently. I know things were going poorly for them with the phone app not working (the one on the internet from home also didn't work) but the manager should have insured 100% staffing from opening to close - they haven't worked in quite a while. I've been a Supercuts customer for 30+ years but this whole experience just did it for me, no more. I've heard about Sport Clips so maybe they know how to plan for these sort of days. read more
