I completely understand that things can run behind occasionally, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes frustrating--especially when I've made an appointment for a specific time and have planned my day around it. If you consistently need more time between appointments, then the appointment times should be scheduled accordingly. Customers shouldn't have to sit and wait 20+ minutes every single time. Absolutely ridiculous.
