I went today to get me and my youngest son a haircut. Ashton rocked our cuts and is so sweet and friendly. Will go back to her in a heart beat. I can't say anything nice about Jessica, the store manager. She was hateful, rude and was talking bad about prior employees to other guest and bad mouth a guest after she left with her small son. My oldest son with in this evening to get this haircut and Jessica was the only left, Ashton had left for the day. His hair was done to his chin and he asked for only half to be cut off and now it is not even finger length. He wanted his curls and now has none. :( read more

Desperate for a haircut and had some free time so I went in. There was one man in line when I signed in and another came after me. The first guy got called back and then A new hairdresser came in and asked the guy after me if he was next (she didn't check the sign in sheet first) and obviously knew him. I was thinking it would only be a few more minutes as another hairdresser was finishing up so I said he could go first. Then the other hairdresser got free but stopped and spent quite a few minutes helping a lady out with a hairspray purchase. I continued to wait as both men finished up. Then all three hairdressers were free and I was not acknowledged or called back. They just went to their stations and started cleaning or doing paperwork. I got up and left at that point as I didn't want anyone who wouldn't acknowledge me as a person to cut my hair. read more
