As a guy, this covers my needs and more often than not, exceeds my expectations. I cannot speak for girls or kids, but I am pleased MODT of the time with my haircuts. Why only 4 stars? Although I feel I have had a haircut with almost every girl here, my cuts always looks different I'm ok with that, though. Even when I get the same girl back-to-back my cuts are different. I will still continue coming back. Just me.

Below, you will find my now open email to Great Clips from this weekend. I've spoken to two…read moremanagers and received an email from customer service and they refuse to refund my money. Their solution? Bring him back in so they can "make it Great again". Catchy huh?? Annd two free haircuts!! There is nothing left on his head to "make it great again" and why would anyone return after having your kid's head messed up this bad??? Later in the day, we had a pool party and when his hair was wet, you can see gaps of hair missing and uneven cuts all over. It really is the worst haircut I've ever paid for. A mom at the party asked if "Daddy cut" his hair. No... No... unfortunately I paid for that... Maybe I should have refused to pay? Wasn't really into making a scene and the stylist already knew she messed up. I get it. It's Great Clips. It's a starter job for many stylists. You get what you pay for...etc Just keep this in mind. Its roulette in these places! Hello,  I took my son in to this location yesterday for a haircut. I gave clear instructions on how he wears his hair. Short on the sides and long and combed over on the top.  I sat in the waiting area and eventually looked back as the haircut took much longer than usual. By the time I saw him, **** had completely butchered his hair off.  I honestly have no idea how she could have gotten to the point she did. I told her it was too short, and she asked for assistance from who I think was the manager, but it was way too late.  In complete shock, I paid and **** had the nerve to mention the "optional tip". I tipped $1.00 for a total of $15. I should not have been charged. **** even apologized for how short it was as we left. I called today and the manager offered to "make it Great again" but there's nothing to make great. His hair is too far gone. She then offered two free haircuts, but why would I go back? It will be a couple months before he can get a full haircut again anyway. She did not, or maybe could not give my money back.   I am making you aware of this and would like a refund. Please look into this. This is the worst haircut I've seen in a very long time. We've taken him to Great Clips for about two years or so and never had a bad experience till yesterday.

THE BEST BLOW OUT IN EDMOND OKLAHOMA…read more I get a weekly blow out and styling here. Greg is the king of beach waves styling, he also recommended a deep conditioning that made my hair sooo silky. The last styling I got; afterwards I walked into 'old school bagel' and got two compliments immediately then later that day the nurse who gave me my Covid shot also told me how good it looked. 10/10; would totally recommend for special occasions or if you just want to look extra pretty. Very reasonable cost, very fun staff. The experience was worth it alone; but the compliments are what have me coming back every week!!

It is a membership. It was explained to me that each month I buy a beard trim. If I do not use it…read morethe trims build up. I can use them when I like. Since I do not have my beard trimmed monthly I canceled. I had 2 beard trims built up. As per what I was told I could use them when I want since I bought them. That was a lie. I specifically told them I may not be in monthly and they told me no worries as the build up I can use them at anytime. What they did NOT tell me is that when you cancel the built up trims get deleted. They deceived me. I consider this to be fraud. Knowing I would not be in monthly they said whatever to convince me to join. How sick! I canceled, won't return, bad management! Deceptive practices.

JCPenney Salon June 15, 2026…read more Same issues as the rest of the store--no air conditioning, which makes for an uncomfortable experience sitting in the chair. On top of that, the prices are overpriced for what you actually get. It's a small reflection of a bigger trend--stores like this used to be a staple, and now they feel like they're just running on fumes. Hard to justify paying that much in a salon that can't even keep the air running. Wouldn't recommend. No one greeted us either so service was horrible.
