I arrived at 5 til 9 to locked doors, no one there. The stylist showed up at 9:06. With breakfast pizza! And no apology for being late. It took her 4 minutes to get all the computer stuff up and running. A walk-in came in, and she asked if I cared if she took that lady first! Finally, at 9:20, she got me settled in the chair, only to inform me that she couldn't promise my shirt wouldn't get ruined by the hair dye. What the heck!!! I got up and told her WE'RE DONE and walked out. She was the only one working on a Saturday. Worst, most ridiculously unprofessional experience I've ever seen.
