It's my first time to try their service, I know it's a gamble to try out a new hairdresser. However, I relied on their 5 star rating as I searched on salons near my place. First, I called them to check if they have available slot for the day, the one who answered my call does not have any courtesy at all, not even good morning or thank you, she talked hurriedly and like as if she's done for the day when they just opened. I was already thinking twice if I should go but the other 5 star rating salon is not picking up my call. Eventually, I went. I showed the picture multiple times of the hair that I want to achieve and discussed with her the details. Then I just closed my eyes when she started cutting my bangs. Unfortunately, the hairdresser does not know what she was doing as if she just started cutting hair. She's the same person who answered my call, the one with the flag tattoo on the left arm. She didn't even introduce herself. She cut my bangs not the shape that I showed her and it was cut short already on the side. Obviously, she does not know how to achieve it so she ironed my bangs and sprayed something, all the more we couldn't achieve the desired cut. The other hairdresser already helped but my hairdresser kept checking on her watch like telling me we're done and I need to go when there's no other customer waiting. I asked her if she can cut my sides with the thinning scissor atleast to layer it properly, I don't know if she heard me but I told her twice or she just totally ignored me and just cut again with the regular scissors and turned out bad. I stayed calm and collected as I asked her. I don't mind if she just told me on the onset that she can't do it, I would understand or yes she failed but atleast have some customer service, but none at all. I was not happy with my experience here. read more

I came here with my mom and sisters today. We had Novak and Lavonne cutting our hair. I asked Novak for a shag cut and she did absolutely wonderful. I'm so happy with the haircut. My sisters got their hair cut by Lavonne who also took great care of them. We left feeling like a million bucks, without having to spend nearly as much. We will absolutely be coming back again. I came in for a trim and layers including face framing and blending into my bangs. Crystal did a great job and gave me the refresher I needed! Way better than paying $60 for a hair trim at any other salon. read more

Wow! Took my 3 year old here just hoping for something better than the home haircuts I've been giving him for a year and I was so impressed!!!!! Update 2/10: Thank you to Karen for reaching out. We had a great conversation. She offered some options for me that are reasonable and I hope to take her up on that. Customer service goes a long way and I gave them 2 additional stars for that alone. I will return to update the review once I return to them. 2/9: Had appointment but that does not mean you get into the chair at that time. Just a suggested time. That's ok happens at most salons. Thirty minutes later one asked what I looking/ wanted. I said shag. My hair was already layered so really a trim on what I already had. She said she would pass me onto her coworker as she did not feel comfortable cutting my hair. Wait for coworker 15 more minutes. Asked coworker if she felt comfortable and we proceeded. I was not offered shampoo and style like she asked the previous person in the chair. My hair was "wet" down but dries fast by the time she got to other parts my hair was dry. Makes a difference when cutting on my hair. I could not run out fast enough my hair was a frizz hat by the time I left. By the way I have fine wavy/curly hair and am ethnic. Not sure if that made a difference in the hesitation of first stylist and trepidation of second stylist. read more

Gracie did a great job today! She gave me a straight, blunt cut shoulder length bob. She really listened to what I said and originally cut off an inch, as requested. It didn't look quite full enough, as my hair is super fine. I asked her to cut a little more off -- she said, no problem. She really took her time and enjoys talking to you like a friend that she really cares about. I am really happy to have found her!! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The only negative comment I have about this location is -- that I called 2 months ago on a Monday for an appointment. A younger guy answered the phone and said that she did not work there. I am not sure why this happened. Make sure if you come here -- call and ask for Gracie! read more

Wow! I'm so incredibly impressed by the staff. To be honest I'm very weary about trying new stylist but my two sons and I were in desperate need of haircuts. Cody, Julie, and Rilie were seriously so amazing. They have incredible customer service and are very talented. They were also very fast! We were lucky to not have any wait time. I also appreciated that they took the time to disinfect their work stations before starting on us. All and all they were 10/10 read more

I am very happy with stylist Cody at this location. He is the only one that can tame my difficult hair issues that give other stylists a rough time. I tried someone else last time because he wasn't in that day but it was not a good turnout so I was so happy to book an appt today while he was working today ( I would've waited all day!!!) I checked the wait time online and it showed 0 mins. I went ahead and clicked to be on the list, 4:30 was my appt. I arrive at 4:20, check in and get confirmed and told there are 2 ahead of me. With covid measures supposedly followed here, only 1 chair in waiting area and it's occupied. I ask the stylist if I will be paged while I wait in my vehicle. "We'll call you", she stated. Various people went in and out (checking wait times possibly?) A mother/daughter that had been one of the persons that had left, returned and were immediately attended to. Later a young man arrived had gone inside and had come back outside and got on this phone, I assumed looking for another place to get a haircut. Less than 5 minutes later and older gentleman brought him back inside and he was immediately attended to. As I prepared to contact the location to say what happened or what's going on this is what I saw(video). Covid measures here? I think not, I'll take my business elsewhere, very unorganized and dishonest. I never did get a phone call since I left that place on December 30th. Thinking back, maybe it was the American Flag I had on my shirt when I came in there. * You can't post video on yelp.
