I have been there twice for various services. The first was after my Mohawk started growing in awkwardly. The stylist did a great job at giving me a more flattering cut. I went back today for a color and trim. Jenny was fantastic. I told her that I had no clue what color I wanted and she brought out the book of options. She gave me her recommendation on what would compliment my complexion and face shape. She took her time and was very careful to clean any stray dye so it didn't strain my skin. She was a great conversation and checked on me frequently while the dye set. She was very joyful and simply a pleasure. She trimmed just enough to make my hair healthy since I didn't want to change the length. She waxed my eyebrows as well and they came out great. I have been getting waxings for over a decade and she was hands down the most gentle waxer I have ever had. I barely felt it! My hair came out gorgeous. I have been getting endless compliments. I am more happy with this then I ever have been with my hair. She took her time to help me select products to meet my specifications and preferences. I rarely go to the salon but this was such a treat. Will definitely return. read more

The process started with my calling the shop phone number. First attempt was not picked up. Nor was there an option to leave a message. Second attempt I reached the shop but was put on hold for 28 minutes. Finally, I hung up and called again. I was given an appointment 25 minutes later. I rushed to get to the shop only to be told there were four customers ahead of me. I told them I had an appointment. No matter. I waited another 45 minutes, then was told there was no record of my appointment. By that point, I was the only person in the shop so I got the haircut which was the worst of my adult life, leaving my hair uneven and scruffy. I am not exaggerating. Shop management and the barbers were both subpar and that is being kind. I rarely leave Yelp reviews, maybe once every five years. I understand everyone has issues, but this shop is so poorly run that it should be shut down. read more

I can't lie I was skeptical going in here. My wife gets her cut here for years and I've always had to fix her cuts by trimming uneven pieces here and there. Until we found Niki. I went to an appt with my wife and Niki was just the sweetest and as I was talking to her, she seemed to know what she was doing. When my wife was done, it looked fantastic! And I didn't have to fix it! Fast forward a couple weeks later I went in to speak with Niki about my own hair. I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past and was nervous about getting highlights and cutting my hair but really wanted to get it done. Niki made me feel 100% comfortable in her knowledge and suggestions for my hair and I quickly made an appt. When I went in for my appt, we just had such great conversation and she answered all my questions with ease. When she was done with my hair, it looked AMAZING! I'm so happy we found Niki! I had one of the best haircuts in a very long time! Jenna (might be misspelling name) was incredibly personable and sweet. She was not judgmental when I told her I tried to cut my own hair and gave me some really wonderful advice on conditioning. Sunday March 5, really needed a haircut so, despite the negative reviews, I thought I'd take a chance. Bad idea. The stylist (?) said "whata yeah want?" I told her clipper setting 6 on the back and sides scissor medium layer cut on top, blend the top and side. Without any further clarification, she proceeded to use the clippers way too high so it couldn't be blended. Ok, so at least she'll do a good job on the top. NO. Most uneven, chop job I've received in 50 years. One friend who saw it asked me if she was blindfolded. $26.50. No shampoo, no blow dry, no hot towel. 10 minutes with someone who should not be licensed to cut grass, let alone hair. I wish I had her name but she never introduced herself, or said anything else other than "whata yeah want?". Avoid this place like the plague. I should have given my 2 year old grandson a sharp pair of scissors and let him have a go at it. He could not do worse than she did. read more

The stylist did a terrible job. I told her not to make my bangs any shorter than they were and then Mary proceeded to make them uneven and 2 inches shorter. Anyone with curly Hair do not go here. Mary has no idea how to cut curly hair or how to cut evenly. Mary did not fix it after I pointed out to her that half the bangs are longer then the other half and the left side is way longer than the right. She totally messed up my hair. Told me the manager was in Westfield when she is in Springfield. Did not supply me with the phone number. It's going to be at least 2 months before the right side is long enough to work with. read more

Went there this morning with my 1.5 year old son to get him a haircut. The sign said closed even though it was during their business hours so I went in. The woman, who was there by herself, looked up from her client and said "there's a long wait." I asked if she knew about how long as I didn't have a problem waiting my turn and she just answered "long." Now I can understand people were ahead of me and she was working alone. Took my almost 4 year old here today. It was her first time getting a haircut I was expecting her to start crying being that she's very shy but it was the complete opposite! Does not even deserve the 1 that I'm giving. They have a new person Victoria who should not interact with any human being. I think she is used to dealing with animals. I have been going to this place and received a great hair cut. But if you are going to put someone as your host. Please make sure they understand what customer service is. We called for our 30 minute phone call (no reservation allowed) On the phone she yelled for my name. And as I stated it proceeded to put me on hold for 7 minutes. Upon entering the facility she acknowledge that I called and that it's my fault that I'm now on a wait list. Victoria this is how I would have handled this situation I'm sorry MR. customer it seems that we have been disconnected. I apologize for placing you on hold as you can see we are a little busy. I'm literally sitting here. The ONLY one waiting. There are 3 girls that are the stylists. One, is just standing around, playing with the towel machine. The other two, are taking no joke, an HOUR to give two boys haircuts. Walk-ins have come in, and have been turned away because they are saying "it's too late". It's 5:30 and they close at 7. I have no idea if they will actually get to cutting my hair. This is such a joke. Like the owner of this place has no clue how this place is being run?! PS. It's hit or miss here. The other day it was definitely a miss. It's fine if you are a little boy with not much hair to cut. If you're an adult female and you want your hair just trimmed, don't even try to go here. I got my hair "trimmed" by some woman who butchered my hair, and she looked proud of her creation on me. I was so horrified. I tipped her, but I shouldn't have. What a terrible cut I received! Don't think you're saving money by going here if you're a female and care about your hair. I just got the worst haircut of my life, the barber argued with me the whole time telling me that what she did is what I asked when it clearly wasn't. She refused to correct the mistakes that I asked her to repeatedly and then before I even got out of the chair started saying she was going to call the police if I didn't pay. Brought my son there to just get his hair "cleaned up". Basically maintain his current style just clean it up. Seana did a horrible job!!!!! We left with an uneven choppy cut looked like she put a bowl on top of his head and cut around. Random long pieces not cut. I had to bring him elsewhere the next day to get his hair fixed. First time ever at a super cuts...there's about four five hair styles...all the hair styles are women...the area is clean..the people that work there were nice.. There is side seatings for visitors to wait on a comfy sofa... The people there cut hair pretty fast but I don't think I would personal get my hair cut here...just because they lack the styling part and how hair cut suppose to look on a person... I feel like they don't take the time to really care and exam what would be the best hair style for the person before making the cut...and after results are ok ...the hair cut is mediocre...nothing special and defiantly not the best... There prices are kinda outrages...just for a men's hair cut is like fifteen bucks... While in Brooklyn it's only eight and has better results ....women is more then fifteen depending on the length...parking meters everywhere....so i guess there is parking around the hair salon.. read more

A few months ago I had a bad haircut at Supercuts and I went back and tried other stylists. They were good. I then tried the original stylist and it was even worse than before. When she began my haircut I asked her to just trim my hair and before I knew it I had a very very short haircut. When I complained she smirked. Stay away from the girl with pink or purple hair! Great stylists! If you want color done go here! The woman who did my hair was very sweet and really knew her stuff. I wish I had gotten her name. She is a darker skinned woman in her 30s maybe. She did corrective color on my hair. I didn't have an appointment and she took me right in. Im very happy with the results. Prices are also fabulous. Really no need to go to any privately owned salon anymore. Supercuts gets a bad rep because it's a chain but it's really no different than any other salon, if anything it's better because these stylists have more up to date training. I recommend this supercuts for any age and any gender. Also I honestly thought the quality wouldn't be too good here because they are fast workers. I saw people go in and out quickly. But I was wrong because you will get fast services here along with great quality as well! It's a great bonus to it all! No waiting 3 hours for color anymore. They also have a very large selection of hair care products they sell too. read more
