They called me and texted to confirm my appointment which is nice. From the moment I arrived and walked in I was greatly warmly. The aesthetic and decor was so elegant and relaxing. It had a nice upscale luxurious look but not to where you could be relaxed. I was escorted yo the back to the changing room where I was given a nice silk dress, robe and slippers to wear. I had a key and locker for my things. I first received a foot soak in the spa room while the attendant gets the table ready. From the time laid down I was in heaven!! They offer free beverages. I had coffee and honey that coffee was so good! Lee was amazing and so sweet! They do offer to blow dry your hair after the shampoo. I got mine done. My ONLY suggestion would be that when you are handling hair for women of color,that before you blow dry use a really good detangling spray and also a heat protectant spray. This will improve the blow drying process significantly. Do yourself a solid and run there! I'm not exaggerating. You will not be disappointed!

All I told this gal ZOE was what my hair needed and it needs to be thinned out (cleaned up) and length I said it's uneven so even it out as best as possible. She has been styling my daughters hair and cutting my son hair since they were toddlers, as they are now teenagers. She is great with children and have a lot of patience with them as my son has autism and she has gone out of her way to make sure we get the best service we can get. Although a lot of patience is needed for my son we never leave unsatisfied or leave without a complete haircut. Her haircuts are on point as sometimes she may spice it up and add a quick color at the top which doesn't require dyeing his hair. And as for my daughter she always make her feels beautiful when she leaves Brenda and her hair has grown since she has done it.
