Came in for a taper fade, and wasn't expecting much however Beth and Shareise were nothing but sweet to us and made sure she understood what kind of haircut we were looking for. Love the atmosphere, the staff, and the pricing. read more

Horrible horrible cut on my daughter's hair. Seriously looks like a kid cut it with blunt school scissors. Asked for a deluxe cut with wash and style. Didn't get a wash. Didn't get styled/dried. The stylist actually told my daughter the style she REALLY wanted was too high maintenance so she cut a completely different short style. Stylist totally rushed the job. Will never come back. Worst haircut experience ever. read more

SUPERCUTS - Chopped up back of hairstyle. Apparently this looks okay to Supercuts stylists. - Hair Salons Near Me - CIBOLO, Texas

Sunday, 3pm.. Staff of 2 Very quiet Neat and clean 30 min wait No TV, music barely audible, all you can smell is Subway next door. If they get more than 3 people waiting, or went to online reservations (disabled, tried three times) this place would be overwhelmed. Phone quiet. Unusual for this type of hair salon on the weekend. Reviews are all over the place between social media sites. Newer location in developing area of Cibolo. Franchisee, needs to work and staff this place if they want to grow. People don't want to wait 30 minutes with only 2 stylists and 3 plus on deck. There are options within a mile or two. Maybe they are busier during the week, they arepriced a little higher for just a cut in a franchise noted for quick turn around read more

Having visited this location a few times, it's a solid 4 stars. The wait time has never been more than a few minutes, if there's even a wait at all. For the area there are few other options unless you go to the Forum. My cuts aren't complicated, guard clippers on sides and scissors on top, so I've been happy with the cuts I've received here. Prices are standard for a chain, $15-ish. I would recommend this place for a men's cut based on speed, price and quality. read more

Took my grandma here for a quick cut nothing bad with the cut but the lady cutting seemed a bit overwhelmed with phones and cutting hair at the same time. Skye should at least take turns to answer phones and notice her partner is struggling and also treat her better because she gave her attitude in front of the customers waiting. read more

I checked in/ made an appointment on line, part of their safe salon commitment during Covid so people aren't hanging around waiting in the shop. I got there a few minutes before my appointment time and waited another 20 minutes while she finished with the little boy, paid out, & swept. No problem. Then, she proceeded to take the group of three who had walked in with no appointment. I asked her what good my appointment was and her response was that they were walk ins. Really?? If people walk in and you have appointments scheduled you don't take the walk ins and bump your appointments back an hour! You tell your walk ins to make an appointment and come back. Really bad service Shareice!! read more

If you're looking for the hometown barbershop, relax, friendly area then you need to go home here. I've been coming here for a while. The manager is the one that cuts my hair. She is a very great person. If you want to sit in the chair and laugh for a while. This is the place I came in last week to get my haircut and again great service what I like about this place is they are not pushy for extra services and they're not trying to push a certain products on you that we all know how it goes barbershops but again I give this place a very high rating because of the manager should go out of her way to try to help you and that's what counts now it's not like going to barbershop like I've been before and every five minutes the person cutting your hair is picking up their cell phone and seeing if they had any messages, you will not see that there. That's why I come everybody's treated the same as Customer should be I recommend this place highly read more

Twice, I brought my son here and both times he comes out like someone used shears on his hair. Do your self a favor and find a barber or someone who cuts hair not hack jobs. read more

Walk in cut ~ great service and friendly staff. I showed Victoria a picture of what I wanted and she was able to provide outstanding service. I went first thing in the morning on a weekday so did not have to wait. The cut took about 30 minutes. She answered all my questions in a friendly manner and explained how to style/upkeep for daily maintenance. Although it was not the average cut I was overjoyed Victoria accepted the challenge and the cut is exactly what I wanted. read more

Always a hour behind. Do not know why they have you sign in online. They do not honor your time.

I was upset to learn Skye had left. She has always done an AMAZING job and the only reason I kept coming back. I asked where I could find her? I was rudely told that could not be disclosed. But I still found her anyway. She is in her own space at 1996 Schertz Pkwy Ste 201. I am so happy I was ble to get in touch with her amd thought I'd help anyone else searching for her. read more

I loaded the app, as it says that with the app, you can get checked in while you drive......So I get "in line" and it says 30 minutes. When I get there, I arrive to see two barbers (both were really nice, and this isn't geared towards them) and EIGHT people waiting, all of which were in line ahead of me!! So either the app sucks, or there is a HUGE miscommunication on how long it takes to cut a persons hair. Unless we are doing haircuts Basic Training style, its really not possible. Place needs to either hire more barbers, which makes complete sense considering how busy it is on a Thursday at 4pm, or stop using the app. read more

I took my 8 yr old daughter here. She had long curly hair and had a tangle in it. Nothing big...just a tangle. The girl said to take her home and try to get it out and then come back. Seriously? A hair stylist doesn't know how to get a tangle out? This was after school and we waited 30 minutes to be told that. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time! read more

Awesome service! Ashley is super friendly and fast and the price can't be beat. I have been to many other places for haircuts, color, etc. that charge more but why spend the money when you get convenience and quality right in our neighborhood? read more

We have been coming here for a while and they always have good customer service. They are also very honest with us in letting us know if something we ask for will not look right. I appreciate the honesty and the professionalism. read more

Appointments mean nothing. Waited for 45 minutes before being called and we had another appointment at the CVS next door. We were told sorry under their breath as we left the store. Will never go back to that SuperCuts. read more

Worst experience ever. I tried coming in the day before and realized with 3 kids we needed an appointment. The next day I called first thing to schedule an appointment, and they booked it. When we showed up for our appointment, they recognized the names, but forgot to put us down, so now we have waited and waited and waited. The reason I gave them 1 star is because the ladies have been polite....as I still wait. read more

This location has the friendliest most talented employees. I got a haircut from the singin stylist. She is so quick and professional. This salon is right by Walmart Cibolo. Check your Yelp app because there is always a checkin coupon. I got a $2 off coupon also by signing up for their text club at the computer at the desk. read more

Wished I had read the reviews. Before my daughter and I came to this place... I walked in with hair 4 inches past my bra line. Asked for 3 inches off with layers. Instead my hair is choppy, uneven and 7 inches shorter than I had asked for! Looks like a five yr old cut my hair. If you don't know how to do the cut I asked for just say I can't do it. No hard feelings. I am beyond unhappy! My daughter is crying her eyes bc she already had shoulder length hair , wanting to grow it out. She asked for a trim. Her hair is uneven and choppy. Now she will have to get shorter hair to get it fixed. School starts in a few weeks. These girls don't know how to cut women's hair! Men's hair they do great. They cut my husband and two sons hair all the time. read more

Not sure why they have the option to setup an appointment online for a specific time if you come in to the store and get skipped by walk in customers. For 80 minutes I patiently waited to be called until my patience ran out and nicely asked If they could cut my hair. They said I had been called, which I know is a lie because I have been sitting just a few feet away from their counter the entire time and never heard my name called. Although I like how Claudia cuts my hair, I'm not sure it was worth today's wait. read more

Had to walk out of the place. Was told 30 minutes. Was over an hr. And they take someone who walked in after with no explanation.

NO STARS!!! They asked if you have appt and if not sign in and the wait will be 30 minutes, complete BS! A hour and half later not only they haven't said anything to us, they continued skip over us. So which is it? Do they only take appts and no walk-ins? read more

They have a free app that allows you to book appointments and check in. So avoid the long wait in their lobby and download this app. I did and only sat for a few minutes even though the lobby was full of people. read more

I went into Supercuts in Cibolo today on my only day off. There was nobody waiting and two stylists finishing up with two men's cuts. Because I wasn't greeted at all, I asked if there was a sign in sheet. One stylist rudely said she would be with me in a minute. She finished with the man's cut and went with him to the register for him to pay. They then began a 15 minute conversation about his bad trip to Disney World with me still there waiting. It became obvious that the conversation with this old man was more important than taking the next customer. I will never go back again! read more

We are so happy to have this fabulous customers that come in to Cibolo Supercuts hair salon we have some awesome children to that come our way and some prom students will be coming in pretty super there prom hair dos and coloring you can call in make an appointment or just show up we are ready read more

I went for a simple straight cut haircut. I straightened my hair later that day and some pieces are longer than others. It doesn't look like a straight cut which is really frustrating. When my hair isn't straight you can't tell which is why I didn't notice at first. I wouldn't recommend going here for a haircut. I don't want my hair any shorter than what it already is so I can't get it fixed. read more

On 22Jan2016 I took my son to supercuts to get his hair cut. I was told we would be next so after waiting 30 minutes for the hair stylist completed the customer ahead of us. Fine so far then she started to clean up, after waiting 15 minutes more for the slow clean-up, a women walks in goes to the counter talks for a few minutes sits down and is then called back in front of us with no explanation at all why we were skipped at this point an hour was long enough we walked out. read more

Didn't even want to give it 1 star. I took my younger sister in there to get her hair trimmed. Terrible stylist, Yoni, was rude to my sister telling her that her hair was disgusting and gummy. She pulled her hair so hard she ripped some out then told my sister it was her fault because her hair was "falling out" NEVER EVER GO IN THERE!!!! I've never been so mad. My sister is a young teenager who ran out of the store crying. Terrible way to treat a human being especially someone underage and sensitive. read more

Worst hair cut I've ever had. Had to go to a higher end salon to get it fixed! Sky doesn't know what she's doing. Longer on one side and layer only one side. Had me turning my head in odd ways when she was cutting....that should have been my red flag there! Live and learn! No more cheap hair cuts for me! read more

2 ladies standing around. Empty lobby. One lady cutting hair. Greeted and told they were booked for the next 2 hours. I sense some laziness.

The only good thing I can say about this place is the woman who cut my hair was very friendly, but not very coherent when told what I wanted done. Ive had bad experiences before with supercuts, but I was referred to this one by a family member who had gotten a good cut at a good price. When I went in I had an angled bob with side bangs. I just needed a touch up. I told my stylist I wanted to keep the style of my hair just trim it up and clean up my bangs. Walking out my hair was all one length no angle or layers anymore. My bangs were just wrong she framed one side of my face while the other, where my side bangs rest, was cut one length just below my eye. I would not recommend this place. read more
