Made an online appointment for 2 PM. Showed up 10 minutes ahead and was told I would have to sign in after the seven people in line and it would be way past my 2 PM appointment time. Such a great experience! Went in to get my hair fixed before my baby is due in the next month, and came out 100% satisfied with my service. I have baby brain so I can't remember the name of who attended me, but all the ladies there in general were really nice from the moment I walked in. I will definitely be going back. They make you feel welcomed. I was there for a while, and we had a conversation- made me feel less awkward being there and more comfortable Plus the prices are great! I got my hair color changed from orangey yellow to dark brown, and got a hair cut with curtain bangs. I showed my stylist a picture of what I was going for and she made it happen! Love it read more

I used to love going to this place for cuts. Great staff and always pleased. After today's visit I won't be going back. Sat there after checking in and was completely ignored. Finally asked about getting a cut after waiting 40 minutes and the girl at the desk told me that need to check in to be served. That's exactly what I did on their check-in kiosk. They lost a long time custom UPDATE: I tried to go again tonight. Give them another chance kind of thing. I checked in both times (on the useless app and at the desk). They told me it would be an extra 30 minute wait. There were stylists standing around. read more

I like a place that I can get in and out of quickly while still getting a good haircut. Stopped by here to lower my ears due to my mop getting a tad bit unbearable. The stylist was rather friendly, and like some other reviews on this place... yes the stylist are hawt! Although that doesn't help worth a darn if your stylist doesn't pay attention to what they're doing and they give you a reversed mohawk!! Prior to getting my noggin cropped, I explained in detail as to what I wanted done, and the stylist did the complete opposite! I would strongly advise not going here if you like you hair. If you're one of those people who's into the chemo look... well then by all means make this place your new personal hang out! read more

Never going here again. Myself and both my daughters got haircuts, and only my oldest daughter ended up anything close to happy, and all she got was her dead ends trimmed off. My hair is meh. I can live with it, but I am also not thrilled. The lady who cut my youngest daughter's hair did not consult her about what she wanted at all and ended up butchering her hair. She was in tears over it by the time the lady got done chopping her hair off. The lady could tell she was unhappy and came over and started making excuses to me about her poor job while I was still getting my hair cut. My youngest is in tears today because she is so upset about how badly her hair turned out and now we have to try and take her somewhere else to get it fixed. The lady cut off between 3-4inches all over her head, and she is trying to grow her hair out. She mostly just wanted the ends trimmed up, and ended up with a hack job. Definitely NOT going back here to try and get it fixed, lest they butcher it worse. Do NOT go here. The people who are cutting hair don't have a lot of experience and don't seem to care what kind of job they do. You are much better off going elsewhere. read more
