I paid $50 for a designer haircut, but they treated it like a $35 basic cut and just used clippers on the sides and back. I showed multiple reference photos and clearly explained the length I wanted, but NONE of it was followed. They ignored everything I asked for and cut my hair much shorter than requested. It's so badly messed up that there's nothing I can even do to fix it now. I'm extremely upset and honestly feel like I deserve compensation for how bad this experience was. I will never go back again. If you're thinking about going here, don't. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

They said that's their policy that I was never made aware of. Also, they stored my credit card information in their computer system without my permission. I never agree to anyone having my credit or debit card information stored in their system. I was shocked and intimidated into agreeing to their rules because I thought they would charge me anyway since they had the credit card information. I have disputed it with my credit card company. Allure has not reached out to me. I would never recommend this company.
