Regardless I was confused with the price she had told me on the phone was much more different from the price she was charging me. I let her know I called and the price is different from what she told me and she lowered it to $50. She curled my hair, and so I couldn't see the layers on the front. After straightening I was kind of bummed the layers weren't too noticeable. Probably wouldn't be back after though, because I felt a little blind sided with the price. Suddenly they were both applying color. I have a lot of hair. Once the roots were covered Grace applied a moisturizing treatment because my hair was dry. She combed my hair almost non-stop until the timer sounded to wash out color. Grace washed the color out. Then applied shampoo. She used a massage tool that was relaxing and soothing to the scalp. Incredible. I asked what she used and she showed me before I left. You'll have to make an appointment to find out what she used. :-) A couple men walked in while I was there. Randa cut both heads.
