When my friends and colleagues saw me they couldn't believe it. I reached out to her. I wanted resolution, I felt I should be refunded since now I have to pay a fortune to have corrective color done and she refused to acknowledge me and tried to say it was my shampoo and conditioner. Which by the way is Kerastse high quality product color safe. I had only washed my hair three times and all the low lights pulled out. Do not go to Tanya for color of any type. She tried to tell me she had 20 years experience. I can assure you nobody with 20 years of experience of doing color would have done what she did to my hair. Please see attached photos.

Colten is a newer stylist so the salon owner, Darren, supervises his work and double checks everything as Colten works. Colten and Darren went so far above and beyond to match the new color to my previous color that I was stunned. Their level of customer service was absolutely incredible. They genuinely wanted the color not to be close enough or good enough but they wanted the color to be perfect and it was. Perhaps that happened, although I know such things don't take the entire day to fix and she didn't offer a later appointment. I made plans around this as I have an event tomorrow night.
