We have been here about 5 or 6 times and when you can get in and get a haircut it's fine. I bring my 3 and 4 year old boys here for their haircuts. But the problem is the hours are not reliable. We have made appointments the day before to come for the next morning and show up and wait thinking we had appointments and the shop is closed. Today we made 2 appointments (or so I thought they were appointments) and when we arrived at the appointment we were told we would have to wait as other people were in front of us. With 2 toddlers there is no waiting involved for us as that is usually a disaster. I am not sure why they allow you to select time slots online when basically you don't have a time slot, you just have to wait in line with whoever is there. This is nothing against the stylist, I think they should remove the online time slots because they make you believe you have an appointment when you don't actually have anything and it's basically just a regular walk in. read more

Had my hair all one length. I asked for it to be a few inches shorted due to thinning on my ends. I have curly hair and asked for som blending around the side I where my part. Blending as in blend the thinning area .instead, she completely chopped thr front into mini bangs! I have curly hair. So you can imagine how I felt. She also left my hair looking like a bell. I left in tears. I came back to talk to her. She saw me and asked me what I needed. I started to speak. She rudely interrupted, told me "not now I'm eith a client " and dismissed me. She has "relish hair" and an older lady. The other stylist saw everything and came to me with compassion offering to help fix it. She did all she could do to help. I'm devastated. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Let's just say I left in tears and refused to pay. I wear my hair in a pixie cut. Went to have a trim because it was to long at the crown. I left looking like a boy! My hair may be an inch long all the way around. I'm to embarrassed to post a photo. The stupid lady that cut it just said "I'll go get someone else". And left me sitting there. So the other extremely un-empathetic goon said "So what do you want me to do"! I looked at her and said I don't think there is much you can do. Had both my boys get fades. Should have looked at reviews on this place. Rushed jobs. Hair stylist need more classes. Who cuts off sideburns!!?? You can clearly see each layer that's supposedly a "fade" . Looks like steps. And they even complemented each other on how "good" their fades were. So I made an appointment to have my hair shampoo, conditioned and curled with a curling iron. The lady gave me the mirror after she was done and I said it's too puffy. I don't like it that way and there is not one curling it. So I called back later and talk to the manager Missy and she refunded my money. Charged $23 each for Jr's haircuts. Talked my wife out of the length she requested for my youngest son and told her it would be too short, he came home looking like he needs a haircut. We know what we like, just do it. Both boys got a shorter on the sides faded into a longer on top cut. FADED must not have been any part of the training for these gals. You can clearly see each step in the length difference like they just clicked on the next size up. I could have done better at home and it wouldn't have been $50. Shame on you. Do better. Last year I was in a bind and needed a last minute color and cut. Out of desperation, out of 5 places I called, this was the only place that had an opening at the last minute and was really inexpensive. I was lucky in that I ended up with a stylist here who was good with coloring my hair and gave me the hair cuts I wanted. I would not have gone here if she wasn't the one cutting and coloring my hair. She's left now, so I doubt I will come back. Here's the thing. The people who work here seemed to absolutely HATE working here. If the manager is not around, they openly talk about the misery of their job. I'm amazed at how fast some of them do hair - literally, some of them spend about 8 minutes total with a hair cut. I understand the Supercuts idea here is volume volume volume, but that's a risk I don't always want to take. read more

I came here a two times and the two girls that cut my hair both times were amazing! The third time I came in I got a new girl and I asked for an edgy layered look and told the girl it was fine if she took some length off. My layers came out super choppy and uneven. This was really disappointing because the other two girls did such a good job. I had also asked for her to trim up my eyebrows and she waxed off half of my left eyebrow!!! looking back on it I still cant believe I tipped her. The first two times were great but I was so unhappy and disappointed my third time I dont think I will ever come back here. This place is very hit and miss. I wouldnt reccomend it. read more

I've been in here a few times and every time they butcher my hair. This time I asked for an undercut with just a trim on the top. They ended up giving me a high bowl cut and fading the top into the sides (which I specifically asked her not to do). Now I have so little hair on my head I can't even go to someone else to get it fixed without getting it all shaved off. I will NOT be going to super cuts again. It's a waste of money! Don't get your hair cut by the younger lady with bright red hair at all costs! Terrible place for guys who like to get a fade or undercuts. They left my hair so choppy and uneven on the sides. The fade was horrible. I'd never had a great experience with Supercuts so I was looking for anywhere else to get a haircut, but most barbers were closed for the 4th of July weekend. Thankfully this morning I walked in to a short wait and a great haircut (always dicey since I'm in the Army and it can be tough to get a good looking haircut within regulations this far from post). JUSTIN did a great job, listened to what I wanted and knocked out a great haircut with scissors and clippers and a low skin fade. Customer service is definately lacking. Witnessed a man walk in, he wasn't acknowledged, so eventually walked out. All while 2 employees were there and not helping customers. Salon is unkept and downright dirty. Hair all over stations and floor. Empty boxes by stations. My stylist didn't seem happy to be there although we engaged in some conversation. My husband and I have been going here for a few years. We've had good cuts and mediocre cuts. We generally leave a $5 tip for a $13 dollar haircut because of the low pay hair cutters get. My husband was in on Monday, 1_4_16 and drove away once because there was a herd of people with only one hair cutter at 1:00 pm. He returned and had his name on a list with four people ahead of him. He waited 90 minutes before walking out. All three of the hair cutters allowed cuts into the established list. Buddies of the hair cutters were let in. Two people who had their name on an hour earlier and then left, came in and demanded their hair cuts - and got in. Another man sitting beside my husband told the hair cutter that my husband was next and the hair cutters insisted the woman she was giving cuts to was on the list. VERY poor customer service here with no one in charge to ensure the line cutting thing doesn't occur. I think it's time to try someone else.
