I had a great experience at the Bordentown Supercuts this week. I met Gina who gave me the perfect trim, popped a few color foils in my hair, and got me feeling fresh again! I was glad I selected Gina. She was friendly, attentive and got the services done well AND it didn't take all afternoon! Gina's other YELP ratings directed me to her, but it's her service today that motivated me to write this! Thanks Gina! I was pleasantly surprised with the service at Supercuts. To be honest they are much more professional than any of their "walk-in salon"competitors in the area! I will definitely go back to Supercut Bordentown. My appointment-only salon person was booked for weeks and I couldn't wait any more. So I went looking for a different choice, and it was a good one! Previously visited here for a quick much needed haircut, since I was out of town and missed my primary barber. I was a walk-in and luckily there was no waiting list, because I was in a hurry to to get back out of town. I walked in and immediately was taken care of. The place is set up like every other Super Cuts. The place was clean and the stylist (sorry...forgot her name)was friendly. We carried on a casual conversation which made the time appear to go by quicker. She did an excellent job. Recently I returned here to get a haircut, since this place became one of my backup locations. When I walked in I noticed a new stylist--which was my backup barber several years ago--and was pleased to see her there. Since then, I've been back a couple of times. Always walk away with a haircut I am happy with. I usually don't recommend chain barbershops/hair salons. However this place is the exception, I highly recommend this spot!! read more

Figure I'll do an update. Booked this morning with the Supercuts app and got an appointment with Ana at 11:40 am. Showed up a couple minutes early and she had me in the chair in a couple of minutes. Ana was the only stylist there at the time so she was doing it all: phones, working on someone else's color job, etc. Despite all of that, she had me in and out in about 15 minutes, maybe even less. She asked me what I wanted and did it just fine, looking at it now maybe the top could be a little more even. Cost for a simple cut is $21 and it goes from there if you want shampoo, etc. I'll probably keep coming here as long as I live close by. It's convenient and I haven't had any big issues so far. If I were a more regular "get my hair cut a couple times a month" kinda guy, perhaps I'd try out a local barber to see the difference in quality and price. But Supercuts does the job for right now. read more

I called over on Friday about a formal hair appointment. I was told I could call over the next morning to secure my appointment. I called over and was told by Jen that she was only there until 12 but there may be another person that I could book with but I had to call back. I called back after 12 and secured my appointment for 3. I arrived at 3:05 and was told that there was no one there that could help me! Terrible communication!! Absolutely awful in every way! Not sure what their service is like for cuts but I will NEVER take the time to find out!! read more

She was friendly and took the time to clarify what I was looking for in a haircut. Sarah did a great job, really appreciated the quality haircut. I have been going to this Supercuts for several years now and have seen different stylists over the years. Since the pandemic restriction was lifted, I have been seeing Sydney. She is great! She takes her time cutting my hair and I am always happy with the results. Several weeks ago, I recommended my husband to see Sydney. I made an appointment for my husband, and when we arrived, the salon was busy and Sydney was with a client. We waited for her to finish with that client and assumed that my husband would be next. However, after 20 minutes passed his appointment time, another man who was just a walk-in came before us was taken in because Erik checked him in for Sydney and she had no choice but to follow the order in the system. What's the point of making an appointment if anyone walks in before your appointment gets service first???? My husband left the salon so angry and frustrated. In addition, I once asked Sydney to explain to me how my hair in the back would look once it's styled. She said she would just blow dry it to show me. Erik then told her that she had to charge me for a blow out! I didn't want to give Sydney a hard time since Erik was her manager, but why is Erik bullying her and overcharging clients for things they did not ask for? Erik is sneaky and dishonest! read more

The last two times, there has been one employee high and nodding off. The first time, the employee was nodding out sweeping the floor. This recent time, different employee was actually attempting to cut a 4 year olds hair. Dropping scissors and cutting themselves. Luckily, another stylist stepped in. The child could have been seriously injured. read more

Myself and my three little ones were able to come in to get our hair done last week. All of our services were excellent and everyone was so professional. My youngest is 17 months and getting his first cut made me so nervous, but they were so patient and sweet. I wish I would have remembered the names of the ladies who helped my kids but they were both so great. For my hair I'll say I was in need of some serious attention. Ana was the best. She listened to what I wanted and when I left after getting a cut, style and bayalage, I felt a confidence that I haven't had in a long time. A big thanks to Supercuts in Bordentown. You can walk in here and get a great cut and style. I have super curly hair and its hard to get it done well. They also have military discounts on Wednesdays. The haircuts are cheap under 20 dollars. read more

I have always been very happy with the cuts and haircolor I get at this Supercuts. Gina keeps a record of my visits and has always been very accommodating with my schedule. They are friendly and listen carefully to your requests. They will work with your children too to make sure they have a good experience. They also let you know if there will be a wait. The service was incredible slow. There wasn't enough staff. One person on a weekend day is not enough for a busy area. Hair cut was ok, but definitely not worth the wait. This is the second time they simply weren't properly staffed. read more

Honestly the worst haircut I have ever got -- I'll be heading to a conference this week with a massive whole in the side of my hair. Awful customer service by two miserable older ladies. I should have known they wouldn't know how to uphold a 'stylish' male haircut. As the lady was shaving the side of my head, I exclaimed "woah - why are you going so high up my head!?". "This is how I do it". Oh okay great, but im not in the military. She went way too high on one side, and much lower on the other side. No attempt to cut the top of my hair evenly, or cut in, or anything. For $20 i could have gone literally anywhere else better. Never ever ever again! read more
