This place is a total chop shop. Wouldn't recommend for anyone. Please go somewhere else. Prices are too high and quality way too low.

Not sure what to do with this. Yes, I know small businesses took a hit with the shutdown. But the first week of reopening, got in with my stylist, over tipped (to be generous, as first time back) pulled out my $33 to pay at the counter -- and was told the price was $45. For a Dry Cut, No Styling. No Wash. $45. That is a 37% mark up, in case anybody did the math. On the way out I asked the girl wiping the door down what's up with the price jump. She said, "Oh, they were supposed to tell you when you made the appointment." They did not. Good thing i had the cash (barely), as they are not taking cards. Not sure if i'm staying. This isn't New York, this isn't Philadelphia. this is a neighborhood salon in Fieldsboro. If you would have warned, or made it temporary, or something -- much easier to swallow. read more

I went in at 4:20pm and left at 4:35. It took a total of 15 minutes between WASHING and cutting my hair. Not only did she not care and rushed it, but I said 2 inches and she took off like 5 inches, it was WAY too short. Incredibly upset I paid $38 + tip for that read more

I had seriously been considering a perm for a few weeks before going into Laura's Salon. I have super fine, lifeless and virgin hair. I wanted a change, but everything I researched online said my hair wasn't a good candidate. Because I am either stubborn or in denial of the truth, I still decided to walk-in for a consultation. I met with Laura and she confirmed what I had already known, my hair wasn't a good candidate and the perm would barely take. She let me know that it would be wavy at best, she was very upfront. She walked me through what the process would be and I decided to go for it. Worst case scenario, it would still be lifeless. We made an appointment for the following week. Fast forward a week--The receptionist instantly knew I was the perm upon walking in and was very excited for me. The process itself was easy, they offered a glass of wine and happy banter while I waited. I can't say I was nervous, but it was definitely a big change. When all was said and done, both Laura and I were excited to see the perm did cause nice beach waves. She was very thorough when teaching me how to take care and maintain everything. I definitely recommend this salon just for the care they took to walk me through this huge change. I am so excited and waited a few weeks before posting a review to make sure it all worked out... Went for a haircut and the owner welcomed me personally. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The price was high for this area. $33 For a haircut and that doesn't include a blow dry. I can get a nice haircut on LBI this time of year for $28 at Simply Hair. I thought the experience would be nicer for the price and she went a little too short for the first cut. read more

Gifted my son a keratin treatment for his birthday at this salon, omg!!! His hair came out beautiful!!! My son never goes to a salon but came out thrilled with the treatment, cut and blow dry. He lives in philly but said he will only come here for future treatments and his hair cuts, and added that the staff is courteous, fun and really nice! read more

Just perfectly spoiled my long hair! It was the worst balayage in my life ,just colored my roots in black color and the length in platinum blonde I asked to cut a little bit ,just to refresh my length And now my hair looks like she cut it with closed eyes I am confused what to do I like to cut my hair evenly and now I have to cut like 10 cm to make them looks better So disappointed read more

I've been coming to Laura's for a very long time! Recently I moved to Philadelphia and decided to try a different salon that was closer. They botched my color job and I was so upset. I called Laura's and they squeezed me in THAT DAY and fixed my hair to how I originally wanted it. They are all soooo accommodating and so good at what they do! Thanks you guys! read more

I went here for a blow out before a wedding and had never been because I'm from north jersey. Forgot my extensions and was worried my mid length cut wouldn't be "enough" for wedding hair. I was wrong! Virginia was amazing! She blew my hair out beautifully and I was told several times at wedding that I had the best hair there! Thank you Virginia! read more

The first time I went to this salon was to rescue a bad haircut that I received at Phoenix Salon in Marlton. I have big thick and long mixed hair, and Laura styled it for me for half the price since I had a bad haircut from the other salon! This alone proved that I was going to have a good experience because I was not a frequent customer and she was willing to fix my bad haircut for a minimal price. I got a Deva Cut from Laura and my hair looked absolutely wonderful and was exactly what I had in mind. It is a big no no to cut curly hair in a triangle or xmas tree shape and that is what the other salon did to my hair even though the lady specialized in deva cut technique. I went on vacation a couple of days later and I felt amazing the whole time. That was a year ago and today I went and saw Virginia for a regular hair cut. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did an amazing job. My hair has body and movement and looks really good. I have had two great experiences here and will be coming back. Also don't let the staff fool you, they know how to style mixed curly hair, although when I was there all of the customers were 55+. Excellent salon and excellent staff :] read more

Worst place I've been to, not accommodating to non-whites! Beware, not the place for any people who are AFRICAN AMERICANS, ASIANS, or HISPANICS! Pretty much the whole world! Came to visit a friend in the area, wanted salon services&found this place on my way home. Should have noticed the minute I walked back in time, and I was the only "special one" there. I walked in, spoke to a woman, who I think was the manager/owner, she approached me quite passive-aggressively when she spoke. I requested I needed my hair done but whether there was a stylist specific to my hair. She told me that there was no here qualified for my needs & walked away. She came out quite rude & offensive. She didn't even apologize for her comment or willing offer any other services they provided based on my race & just walked off assuming I should leave. I felt embarrassed & upset that she was so nasty. I then realized after being in there for those 5 mins that all the customers in there were what she could "accommodate!"
