Listen, I love this place. I get a gel manicure every two weeks here, pedicures like twice a month and honestly I only just Linda to do my brows. (So I can't speak on they're acrylic work) Yes- it's a quick servicbut they don't cut corners my nails look great every time and I leave happy every time. And you can't beat the price. They will do anything you ask them too, and everyone is very sweet. I would recommend definitely recommend them. read more

absolutely the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. I was in the chair and out the door in 15 minute. I asked why they weren't doing certain things that are standard in any pedicure and she ignored me and acted annoyed because I even asked. I even said I'd pay extra. They were not friendly at all and the place wasn't very clean either. worst place I've ever been and I definitely won't be going back there again. It was a day before my birthday and I wanted to treat myself to beautiful nails. I wanted to go to a close enough nail salon to my job, so I picked out this place. I asked for LCN gel manicure full set, and I got an acrylic full set with gel polish. I was confused and I guess they didn't understand me, but I told them exactly what I wanted before I got there. As an acrylic job, this is by far the worst I have ever gotten. The gel polish I got was a cool color, but the overall job was awful. One of the nails looks so bulky compared to the rest and there is a huge gap between the cuticle and nail. I can't wait to take these off. read more

I'm giving it three stars on the sole fact that they do a nice job but the few times I've been there I've found a mistake each time the first time my nail was coming off an hour after I had just gotten them done and this time I got a refill and a pedi only to find out they they missed painting an entire toenail...not sure how this happened but I'm a bit upset by this... I came in for acrylic nails and it took forever. The nail technician didn't even compare the lengths of each nail. Some were very long compared to the other hand. I left with glue on my fingers, sharp nails, and bubbles in the polish. read more

They completely destroyed my nails with tips. I had to take them off because they hurt so much, and when i did i realized underneath my nails were shaved down paper thin. The woman who did them sanded them down so thin that it is literally still painful to do certain things with my hands. Even with nail polish over them theyre so ugly. I just have to suffer with ugly nails until they grow back, and I feel like I'm lucky even that they seem to be growing back ok. The picture is after a few weeks of growing out. Been going to this place for a while but got tired of them rushing for no dam reason, I feel like I'm going to fast food restaurant they're always want to do fast job and then it looks horrible, I didn't go to them this whole summer but decided to go again because it's closer to home and there was nobody there it was quite but the girl still rushes for no reason and then she kept hurting me while doing my feet and hands, it's so young new girl, I'm fine with her being slow because she's learning but she kept digging into my nails to clean it, it's like clean the place up because each time I go it's dirty and the pedi tub looks disgusting, they don't even clean it anymore I rather go somewhere else not going back again read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. This has got to be the worse nail salon I have ever gone to. Not only is their customer service horrible, they are completely unsanitary and use the same instruments on multiple clients while giving pedicures! I have gotten multiple full sets of acrylic nails here that have all broken within the first week. The only positive is the cheap pricing. I went here a few times for a gel manicure. After about the third time of getting the gel, I noticed the UV light was burning which they assured me was "ok and normal". After I asked for my nails to be cut and filed the man doing them refused to do either because he said they would just break. Since then my nails have been sore and brittle to the point where they hurt to the touch. My nails are now paper thin and destroyed. The new lady who is sitting in Cindy's chair while she is away on vacation became very upset because I asked her not to put the polish on so thick.
