Absolutely horrible service. Waited 30 minutes - yes I'm stupid- 2 employees took off and I'm the only one waiting. Got up and saw them for the last time! My hairstylist, Crystal, gets 5 Stars; however, my overall experience was subzero. As others have mentioned, I too used the app to check in and was there 10 mins before scheduled. TyRhonda checked us in and said "Three people ahead of you." Eight people later, to include four that walked in off the street after us and without appointments/app usage (I was sitting adjacent the cash register and could clearly hear the customers informing them they didn't - two were obviously regular customers). An hour later we were finally brought back for a haircut. Why have an app and don't abide by their own guidelines. Plenty of other places nearby. If you get any information from someone who works here, be sure that you get it verified by at least 3 other people. They don't know who you spoke to and no one knows as much as the person telling you YOU'RE WRONG When I called for a service quote on a shampoo (I wanted them to use my color-depositing shampoo), I was given one set of information. (Yes, we do that, $7). Once I showed up to actually get this service, I was told that they weren't really supposed to do it but they would do it for more than double the quoted price (+$10 and add on a deep condition). Their "notes" that they supposedly keep so you get the same cut? Disappear randomly and show up on other people. I rely on those notes so that my son's get consistent haircuts since we can't always make sure we get the same stylist. One son had no notes under his profile and the 2nd son had his brother's notes. No one wants to take responsibility for giving you the wrong information, they just want to apologize and say they don't have to keep true to the information. It's all well and good that they say they can do it moving forward, until you count on them to follow through with what they told you. If you're willing to walk in and be treated like a total stranger and get the most basic of services while you're there this is a pretty good place. 0 stars for not giving price when asked. And a 3 minute clean up of an undercut was 20 dollars. Won't be back

I previously mentioned that my son got his first haircut here and is now 7 years old and continues to get his haircut here, and I've always been satisfied. EXCEPT the last time that I got his haircut. He walked out, looking like he NEVER EVEN GOT a HAIRCUT. NOT TO MENTION THIS VISIT just so happened to be AFTER my SON'S 9TH HAIRCUT, which was HIS FREE HAIRCUT rightfully deserved. The FREE HAIRCUT he got was NOT even FREE. It was INSANE and was TERRIBLE, AWFUL, HORRIBLE, EXPERIENCE. However, I returned there and told them that I had a problem with my son's haircut and it NEEDED to be FIXED IMMEDIATELY. The lady had a full-on attitude problem with me, which. that was even more infuriating. My son still needed the haircut, so I made sure he got his haircut. However, in the end, to my surprise, I was CHARGED the FULL PRICE of a NEW HAIRCUT. The salon makes a mistake that they should want to fix and make sure a customer of over 6 years is happy and should want to fix the problem. But in this instance, the lady told me, "It looks like it was the 9th haircut for your son when he came in before. so, his haircut was free at that time." she said, "You didn't have to pay anything last time bc it was free. So I'm charging you for a new haircut bc the last one was free so since you didn't have to pay anything it shouldn't really matter now!" I was absolutely FURIOUS because the FREE HAIRCUT definitely WAS NOT HONORED in a way THAT I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED SUPERCUTS to EXTEND their services to all their regulars, Along with anyone else. My son got another haircut where there was more hair to come off his head like it should have been. However, the lady doing my son's hair could not get it correct. I've seen the other stylists who've done my son's hair have come very close to each other at the end with style. I know for a fact it's very possible to use scissors on the top of the head, taking parts in sectioning them to clip and cut about a 1/2 of an inch. The lady told me it wasn't possible, and she would have to pretty much shave his head off. I was not happy when I walked out of the store because that's been done now. Every month, for 2 months for the last 5 or 6 years, my son has had his haircut at this supercut. So I don't even know what to say. I was still NOT HAPPY or SATISFIED when I left supercuts, especially when the lady rang me up for a full price haircut. And I did not agree on that whatsoever. I thought that was a HORRIBLE way to run a business and TREAT any CLIENTS. Especially letting a CLIENT walk BOTH IN AND OUT OF THE STORE STILL EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the HAIRCUT. I'm very MAD, UPSET, and was told because And the system doesn't obviously know. But there's a problem and it's pretty sad. That said, the last few months. I still have yet to get the correct notes for my son's haircut that make me happy and for them to put into the system. So every single time he comes in, it's pulled up, and there are no issues or problems. Instead of giving me a hard time. I was pretty much being made. A full of and the blame was on me somehow, and no one took any fault. Especially the woman who tried to cut his hair. She couldn't even get it right when I know you can definitely use scissors on the top of his head where his hair is at and section it off a little bit level and cut off a 1/2 an inch but I just don't think she wanted to take the time to do it and told me see that it'd be buzz off completely. I couldn't have been more UPSET, and now I have to come back to get another haircut for him. So I'm HOPING that TODAY GOES BETTER. we will SEE, and I'LL look and KEEP YOU ALL UPDATED.... read more

The place looks like it's from the early 90's. Staff is not friendly. I walked in there and wasn't greeted by any staff. I asked to have a corrective hair color done and they made my hair color worse! The lady didn't even strip my hair from the previous hair color!! It's like HELLO, where did you school at.... you'd think the manager would of said something, but nope!! The lady that did my hair, I think was new because she kept asking this older short blonde lady (manager) on every step to do. They also charged me $70 dollars too!!!!! Ridiculous!!! Also they only have ONE hair dryer and it sits right next to a hair station and that so happens to be where I was sitting getting my hair done!! The lady getting her hair dryed might as well been sitting in my lap, that's how close it was too me. Just a very cluttered place!! I won't be going back there again! I suggest if you want a color done to hair, DO NOT go there! Horrible! read more

I had a new hair stylist who was very sweet, but cut was not right. Manager did try to fix it. I think if a hair stylist cannot do the cut you want, then someone else should step in. I know we all have to learn, but I didn't want to be part of that learning experience. I don't understand why I was charged for styling, when manager had to cut style off trying to fix the cut. I learned to wait until my stylist is in to get my hair cut. Very bad experience at this location. read more

We went in on 8/20/18 around 6:30 and my 6 year old was getting inches cut off her hair and initially we stated 3 inches because we were undecided. Then while the stylist is still cutting her hair I walked over and to examine my daughters hair and it still seemed long to me, and before I could speak the stylist stops throws her hands down and rolls her eyes. I then ask her to cut 2 more inches and she turns and replys to me well what is 2 inches to you because my 2 inches might not be th same 2 inches as yours. Like....really! I honest thought 2 inches was the same for everyone. She was just rude and I didnt like how after each customer walked out they "2 of the stylist" had comments about each customer! If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I just got the worst haircut I think I've ever had in my life. Not only was my stylist so rough with the clippers she was cutting my scalp in a few places, but I went in for a medium fade and discussed exactly what I wanted with her before she started cutting. I knew I felt a strange sensation when she was cutting the back of my hair as if I felt like she took the fade all the way to the top which is exactly what I did not want. I let her keep cutting because she kept switching blades and I figured she had it under control. When I saw it I told her it was a little high and she told me the fade was halfway down!! No it is not!!! How are you gonna hand me a mirror and then lie to me about the length of the hair?!? Anyways, my cut was at 3pm on November 3rd, 2017 and that was the first and last time I will ever walk into any super cute establishment ever again. I realize humans make mistakes, trust me. This is my first time having bad service at a Supercuts. Unfortunately, my daughter and I did the online check in and upon our arrive there were 3 people ahead of us. They got to my daughter and I figured I would be next... well after 30 mins they called in two little girls who were waiting in the car along with their whole family. And they sat both kids with the next stylist. When I asked if I was on the wait list the front desk lady with fake eyes said yes and said they had an appointment. So after 50 mins my daughter was done with her haircut and they asked one of the little girls to call their sister to come in cause she was next. So long story short I walked out with no haircut after checking in online and the salon stating they had an appointment. Now my question is how can a family of 5-6 people have 1 appointment and it not be reflected online. When I asked her which takes priority the appointment or the online check in she said both until one of the stylist corrected the front desk lady with fake eye who did not know what she was doing... they need to fix the incompetence front desk service.. and train her on how to book appointments. It should not be 5-6 people per appointment just because it's a family or it should be reflected on the online check in. Very unfair treatment and service.. read more
