Checked in online over an hour before I needed my service. Cleaned up my beard and headed for my appointment. I get a call less than 30 minutes before my appointment saying sorry but we're overbooked and that I cannot get my haircut until an hour AFTER my booking. I was already on my way! So now I have no haircut and a job interview in less than an hour and I look terrible. Not for nothing but if someone books over an hour out, you bump a walk in our someone else. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS! I had to cancel my interview. And BTW this is a Monday and they have over 4 stylists on. Unreal! read more

Been going here for about 4 months. Was lucky enough to get Gabby on my first appointment. She is easy to talk to and cut my hair exactly how I asked. I've been back about 5 times and she remembers, but verifies, what I'd like done and recognized my awful cowlick and worked around it so my hair lays down nicely. You should get the app and make an appointment. Don't expect to walk in and not have to wait because the rest of us use the app. read more

This place has earned its poor reviews. Important note: They do NOT take walk-ins. What they *will allow you to do is cool your heels for 45 minutes until you figure out that the 30 minute wait they carefully explained to you will be at least an hour and and fifteen minutes. I arrived when they opened today at 9 knowing that there would be a wait. The woman at the desk explained that they had a 9:20 appointment scheduled and one person ahead of me. She recommended that I come back at 9:30. 45 minutes later, the two stylists took two 9:45 appointments. I was not served after the 9:20 appointment, instead it was going to be nearly an hour later - after 10:!5. When I asked, she said I was "next" - same story she had given me when I walked in. Another woman who was waiting was told that they had to extend her wait time after the 9:45 appointments arrived. The SuperCuts franchise owner has trained their employees to be dishonest and to keep people in the store in case scheduled appointments don't show up. I hate being lied to - especially when it wastes so much of my time. Horrible operation. read more

Gabby is EXTREMELY rude. I was blown away by her nasty attitude. She made my child cry. Any question asked was met by nasty, inpatient attitude. She should be fired. Talking to others I can see this is a common occurrence with her. I'm not sure what the issues is or if she's got some personal issues going on, but it is unacceptable. Everyone else there seems to be kind besides her, but we've only been a handful of times. read more

I went here a while ago to get my bangs cut-- they turned out crooked and I had to wait 4 months to get them fixed. Don't recommend.

This is my first time leaving a negative review anywhere but I do not want someone else to feel the way I did after going here. I was very disappointed with how unprofessional two of the staff members were. I have never been treated with such an unkind and condescending tone. The two employees "gave me a lesson" on how a busy phone line works after I told them I had a really hard time calling throughout the morning and how it wouldn't even connect at all (in a very friendly tone on my end). I would have left if I was not desperate to get my hair blown out for a wedding i had that day. I ended up having a stylist who was extremely friendly. Throughout my appointment I could hear the female who was not nice to me, be rude and unprofessional to multiple other customers in person and on the phone. She was even talking down to the stylist I had. I hope my stylist can find a new salon because she is too good for this place! read more

Went here to get my step daughters hair cut. The lady who did her hair missed about half her hair while taking 4 inches off. She left pieces longer than everything else, and the cut was completely uneven. At $25 for a wash and cut, no style this was extremely overpriced, and completely under serviced. Will never go here again. Youd think consistency is key with places that are popular like this. Very disappointed. read more

I went here to get a bad haircut I got from an expensive, upscale salon, fixed. They did a wonderful job fixing the bad cut and making my hair look great!! $39 for a great cut and friendly stylists. I will be back for sure!! Loved it!! read more

Very dissatisfied with this salon. I go every couple of months and Gabby always does a great job. Lately I haven't been able to get time with her and have to have a different stylist every time I go and the never get it right. Today's visit was awful and the worst cut yet. I'm so upset that I forgot the girl's name. I will never visit this salon again! I will try a different chain. Sorry Gabby but that salon sucks? If I could give a negative number review I would. 1 is as low as they offer. Hope I can find someone as good as Gabby and as sweet. read more

My first review is both a praise and a zing. I've had my hair done here before. Simple crew cut. It amazes me how often I walk out of there with it all over the place. Even my girlfriend notices how uneven it is. I always wear a hat, so most of the days I go through unnoticed. I've said quite simply what I needed but typically get something different every time. I've been hit on, flirted with, there was even a girl who told me all about her nipple piercings. Unprofessional. I went in on a Friday evening after work at 4:30pm (they close at 9pm) looking to get some color in my hair. The woman at the desk said they wouldn't have time for that because half her staff was leaving at 5pm. There was NO one being served and no one waiting. Why stay open until 9pm if you're going to refuse services or not staff appropriately! I have never had an issue or been met with the attitude I was in the Concord locations. Do not ever go to Supercuts in Belmont, they're rude and stuck up woman who think their better then their customers, and you're supposed to kiss their booty to get a haircut. Reminds me of being in high school, I had an appointment and got blown off and was treated like I was the bug they stepped on under their shoe. They do not book appointments ahead of time, you have to book the day you want a cut. I was supposed to get my haircut by a woman named Gabby whom has done my hair many times mind you. I specifically stopped at Supercuts at 8 o'clock am to make my appointment for 1 o'clock pm that afternoon. I then ran a few errands then came home to find my husband left me cash (SUPRISE), lol. Because I was going to use our card. Anyway, I was really excited. So I changed my appointment to 11 o'clock in the morning so I didn't have to wait so long. That was about 10:00 am. I drive back to Super Cuts and arrive at 11:00 as scheduled. As I am standing in line to checking in, I noticed that Gabby was with a another customer. Just starting to wash their hair, so I asked the stylest at the counter how long Gabby would take being I have an appointment with her. Oh, just a few minutes, the woman said. So I ran over to the grocery store to pick a few items up and headed back to Supercuts, it is 11:15 when I get back and now Gabby is cutting this same persons hair. As I stand in line probably not looking too happy, Gabby yells across the salon,"I see you Sherry. Which annoyed even more..... I wait my turn in line and when I ask the styles behind the counter if It would be better for me to comeback later, for it seemed the Gabby had been double booked. The woman looked right at me and said, no... Gabby is working on a walk in. I replied, why would she be allowed to take a walk in, when there were other stylists to take the walk in. I had an appointment. Well Gabby again decides to yell across the salon, " Um, Sherry. Your appointment was at 1:00 not 11:00. I looked right at Gabby and said, " I called over an hour ago to change it to eleven." She rolled her eyes at me with what seemed to be a serious attitude, and said. She would not be much longer. I stood there looking and feeling like a fool, horrified, angry and disgusted. I told them to forget it and said I was going somewhere else to have my hair done. Gabby said" Good bye, good riddance." I went to my husband VERY UPSET, and explain the situation to him. He right away called Supercuts, and Gabby answered. My husband requested the phone number and a name for a manager or supervisor or the corporate office and she refused to give any of the information to my husband. So we googled it ourselves. Upon calling the corporate office, they informed me that their franchise so it works a little bit differently and that there really isn't much that they can do unless the owner is willing to reprimand the individual. And I am horrified and appalled that consumers/customers can be treated that way and get away with it. Well Supercuts you've lost six guest for life,my husband, myself and our four children. Unless you want to be treated like crap I stay would away from there. read more

Ok, I gave this place a second try and it's terrible, it says they are here 5 years...I can't imagine, first we went here for my daughters "UPDO" and was charged $25.00 when all they did was curl her hair with a curling iron in less than 10 minutes, the kicker was the girl who did it told the girl at the register not to charge for an updo because they HADN'T done an updo...still was charged full price for an updo we didn't receive but everyone has bad days and I try to be understanding so I went back today for a haircut. Oh my goodness...a wait of 25-30 minutes with 5 consultants or more on with most of them doing buzz cuts on men ? Several people walked out, I wish I had been one of them but no, I got my hair cut (barely) and the hair stylist literally seemed to be annoyed at me and I barely spoke to her. I can't recommend avoiding this place enough. Needs a huge overhaul and whoever owns it should be there very often... read more

Very poor management! I was told 15 to 20 minute wait. There was 5-7 stylists working. Then ,as they were done the customers each one of the stylists went on break. There were 3 left after that 1 cutting a guys hair that made an appointment and came in 15 minutes after me 1 doing a ladies coloring and then the last stylist took a lady that walked in 10 minutes after the guy was taken. I waited almost an hour and left! I can't believe the manager would let 5 stylists go on break at the same time! Sorry, lost my business! read more
