I went to go get a pedicure a week ago. I asked for a spa pedicure, which is supposed to include "extra Massage". They really don't take time to clean up the nail bed and things like that. This last visit however, the nail polish was absolutely junk and started chipping a few days after I got the pedicure. When I went back to request a polish change, the person helping me when I walked in assumed I was there for a full pedicure. When I explained that I was not there for a full pedicure, they changed their minds and told me they did not have time to take me and to come back in an hour. I've lived in the area for at least three years, and have been struggling to find a quality nail salon that will not overcharge me and will also do a good job. This place isn't it.

They also didn't address any of my ingrown nails -- something I'd expect to be standard in a higher-end pedicure. At $65, I expected a relaxing, thorough treatment -- but instead, it felt like a basic express pedicure with a luxury price tag. I guess I've been spoiled by top-notch pedicure experiences in California, and sadly, this just didn't measure up.
