the other reviews are funny and all must have gotten lousy cuts. My 11 year old son and I, however were happy about his crew cut and how it came out well and the cutter was nice and things went as smooth as one can expect. $20 kinda steep for an 11 year olds cut but okay got the job done. Easy location parking in the mall. Few socially distanced seats but they only cut by appointment so you don't have to wait too long. read more

Called to make appointment they told me they don't make appointments asked if 5:45 was too late they said no and just to come in we went in and they turned us away another person walked in and said they could take him the cut wasn't for me but for my bf who has short hair would have taken them not even 15 min... we drove 45 min because no other place near us is open. All I know is they'll grab your head and they are rough the whole time. I've been here countless times with different staff and it's been about the same each experience also because they are busy your always gonna have to wait sometimes days to get a fresh cut corona or no corona. Worst stylists I have ever seen. Cutting hair is the backup job to the backup job and they can't even handle that. $38 for you to miss half my head and get it soaking wet so I can't see it until it dries. Legally you should not be allowed to stay open. I had short hair and needed a simple trim. Took 15 minutes for them to completely butcher my hair. Worst haircut of my life, and had terrible customer service. Just all-around awful people. read more

So I walk in with a reference photo of a simple fade and said "not too much off the top". This women proceeded to cut like 2 inches off. I guess I had to be more clear. I went in for a simple shampoo, cut and dry, which the sign said $30 and up...what they didn't tell me was the "and up" meant. I went to check out and was prepared to tip very well because I was really happy with the cut. Apparently the price is based on how long it takes them to finish your hair and the price quickly jumped to $48....more than I paid for the same service at Bei Capelli!! Although I really liked BrIttney, I definitely won't be going back. read more

Showed a picture of the hair cut I wanted I had done last May which was about shoulder length. When she start he cut it at ear length and she messed my hair completely. The only way to fix it is to shave my head! Horrible service, horrible attitudes and horrible all around! read more

Worst hair cut I've received in my life, hands down, not even a question. I have tufts of hair sticking out along what should be a straight hair line - even though it's not even straight. I asked for a beard line up and trim, and still have patches of hair on my cheeks. read more

Supercut's friendly and competent stylists don't offer you a glass of wine like some salons do to impress you. They DO greet me friendly, provide a good haircut and they DO charge a reasonable price. They made me wait even though I was the only customer there and the stylists were in the back chatting. Also, when I sat down, there was still hair from the previous customer on the haircutting tools and table. Totally gross. Lastly, when she was finished cutting my hair, she didn't even bother to wipe off the hairs on my forehead and the back of my neck. I went in to try this place out for the first time. I asked the woman to give me long layers starting around my ear. She agreed and proceeded to wet my hair and snip away. It took a questionably short 10 minutes. She asked me how it looked and I couldn't see a difference but I just figured it was because my hair was still a bit wet. She never even offered to blow dry it. How are you supposed to see the results if they don't blow dry it? Assuming it's just the way they do things, I said it was good and went to pay. By the time I got home my hair was dry so I went to look in the mirror. Barely a difference. There were so few layers that they were nearly invisible. It's like she had never cut a woman's hair before but she acted like she knew what she was doing. I payed around $30 for the most pathetic haircut I've ever received. Now I know why the majority of customers I see in there are men. Short hair seems to be their specialty so I would definitely not recommend if you have long hair. I actually wouldn't recommend them at all. read more
