The wait time is fairly accurate on the app. Staff is very friendly, inter decor is pretty minimal, but enough to recognize it as a salon when you walk in. They appear to have enough seats for 8-10 people, but they do not seem to have enough stylists to fill all seats, hence the wait list. My Step-son's hair was very well done, took a an acceptable time. Only thing I would ding them on is not enough seating for the volume they get, but I also chalk them up to being good they are busy enough to need more seating. I would use this place in the future for the convince of getting on the wait list while we are traveling to the Auburn area and not having to start the clock once you arrive.

Second, and most importantly, Amy did a phenomenal job on my hair!! I decided to stop coloring, several months ago. I've had the demarcation line with grey/silver 1/3 of the way down my hair and the rest a mix of ashy blonde, yellow, and darker brown. There was a lot going on. I was clear with Amy that I do NOT want to get back into a routine of having to color. As an avid scuba diver and outdoorswoman, I am definitely a wash and wear kind of girl. I am NOT going to take any time, so it's got to be easy for me. She knocked it out of the park. Put in I don't even know how many different toners - actually treated every section of my hair that had something different going on, individually. No more line. No more burnt out yellow - just a beautiful blend of my natural silver/salt & pepper, toned. It will take me a day or two to get used to the change but it's time to embrace the "sexy, older woman" vibe. I can say, within 15 minutes of leaving the salon, I had one stranger, and 4 friends give me amazing compliments. They all love it. I know I will too. The stark demarcation line as hair grows out is a bit difficult to live with. As such, I've had two grey blending treatments. It was time for the third, and to get rid of some of the brassiness my hair holds. All About You did a fantastic job. I love that the ladies run things by each other and are open to listening - two or three experienced heads are better than one. The brassiness is gone. The straight line dividing new growth from old, is gone. My hair is soft and shiny. I will come back. Someone else mentioned the price being high. Maybe. Having been to inexpensive hair salons though, I can tell you from personal experience that paying to get those cuts/colors fixed is not cheap either.
