She is attentive and well experienced; she dares to suggest ideas and is enthusiastic about getting her customer's hair healthy. She knows all kinds of hair from root to tip. My hair has always been a challenge- coarse, dry, stubborn, dull, and she worked wonders with it. Now it is springy, silky, shiny, and beautiful! We even did highlights, and my hair didn't get frazzled from it! I feel great about how my hair looks, behaves, and feels. Thanks Rachel! I'm going to keep coming back!

She did what she wanted to do and does not care about her customers...or me at least. I tried to tell her how I wanted my hair cut (been getting it cut this way for over 20 years), no blunt cutting and to have it all chipped into and she just did what she wanted to do, insisting there are many ways to perform the technique. She got so upset, that I was questioning her techniques, that she sternly said to me..."YOU AREN'T A HAIR STYLIST" and then told me, "SHE WAS FINISHED" and then told me to leave her salon. Better Business Bureau here I come...I would not send my dog there for a trim. She thinks that just because she has been cutting hair for 34 years that she knows what is best for her customer. What a joke...it is called tangles for a reason...you leave there in tangles.

Seeings how Linda took my other post down. I'm putting up another one!!…read moreShe completely fried my hair I asked for a perm loose curl nothing to tight. She proceeded to put me under a dryer which I thought that's weird I haven't had a perm in years. I also have colored hair so another reason I questioned it. But I felt kinda knew what she was doing. I few days later I texted her on her business page explaining how the top was just limp with not much curl she texted back saying I needed small perm rods to get it to curl I was like no way!!!! So I started to have lots of hair coming out and lots of breakage so I called hair and asked for my money back knowing I would have to cut and do conditioning treatments to revive my hair she literally said know and never offered anything but a hang up. I did cut 4 inches off to be honest I could go shorter she ruined my hair.. I hope anyone that is thinking about going there Don't!!!!! I'm a hairdresser I would never treat my clients in that manner.
