She told me she could "make it work" if I brought in my own hair stylist, and even accepted an introduction to that person. At no point did she make it clear that her pricing wouldn't change -- even if she wasn't providing hair services. By the time she revealed that I'd still be charged full price, it was too late to adjust. If you're a wedding vendor working with someone new to this (like most brides), you have a responsibility to be transparent and fill in the gaps -- not take advantage of them. I ended up feeling cornered and exploited. I would strongly caution anyone against working with Kristin unless you're prepared to overpay for services you don't receive.
