Horrible experience at this dealershup. Purchased a 2016 BMW and 13 days later I am on side of road with the motor overheated and had to get a tow. Found out needed new brakes, rotors, water pump, tires were bubbled and put on backwards, oil gasket leaking, front struts leaking, and front camber bent. Called manager he had me on hold 40 minutes and still will not talk to me re: making situation correct. I do not recommend this business. read more

do not i repeat do not use this company!! they have terrible customer service!! they claim to have inspected my car before giving it to me and within a month my car battery stopped 4 times i had to call roadside assistance!!! they also did not register my car with the dmv and my temporary registration is expired ive been calling for over a week now and keep getting a run around!!! even had someone say "oh well you cant return the car" they watch the caller id to see if you are calling and dont pick up!!!! they need to be shut down!!! i would give the a negative-0 rating if i could this is the worse experience ive ever had with a dealership even the managers "andy" and jean" are terrible!!!! do not i repeat do not go here!!! i wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy!! i am currently filing a complaint with the bbb and i will be going to small claims court since they are basically holding the car that i am paying for hostage!!! be they have it and are "fixing" it but wont say if its ready and will not give a new registration!!!! stay away!!!!!! read more

One month has passed since we requested a refund. Every time we call the dealership we are given excuses and the runaround. AVOID this place at all costs!!!!! All they want is your money!! I went in August interested in a vehicle. Everything was going well & we put down a $2,000 cash deposit for the vehicle we were very interested in for them to hold it for us since that same day we weren't able to speak to the finance manager as he had to leave. When it was time to go speak to the finance manager the next day regarding rates, they added $10,000 onto the price of the vehicle. We immediately rejected and asked for our deposit back. They said that they didn't have the deposit because it was "put into their system." BS!! The finance manager said the check would take 3-5 business days. But then our salesman told us it would take 5-10 business days. Two different answers. It's been 15 business days that have passed and I still haven't received my money. We went into the dealership multiple times to get our money since no one was helping us over the phone and every time we were told a new story/lie as to why we still haven't received it. If you need a refund from this place, do not call!! You will never get your money back if you think they're going to magically answer the phone one day. Avoid even calling this place as they never answer and if they do they're just going to say what you want to hear to get you to go in or make you think that they're going to help you. After days went by and we still didn't get our money, we went in one last time and police had to be involved. All their google reviews are fake if you notice all the profile names are very similar. I never received a phone call, never seen the car didn't know anything about the car until Ally Financial started sending me a bill from a loan for a car they put in my name. I'm still trying to convince the loan company that I don't have the car and didn't know anything about this loan they unlawfully but in my name. Ms. Shantalee Bailey assisted us and though we did not purchase from them, the customer service provided by this very professional, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable sales consultant was outstanding. She was very patient, calm and had our best interest at heart. She followed through with her promise to keep in touch, as well as sending relevant information requested. I typically don't leave reviews. But this dealership deserves the biggest 0 Star rating. I highly recommend to NOT shop here for any reason. It's come to this point due to many inconsiderate reasons from the entire staff & how unprofessional, carelss, & unethical work training they present with lack of severe communication. Extremely Incompetent! love disappearing on you. True definition of a car salesmen. This includes the uneducated financial adviser. Complete joke. Make other dealerships look bad. The only thing they're good at is losing your documents and never prioritizing the customers. The minute they sell you a vehicle. You're good as dead to them. Let me not forget to mention, they add costs on the contract after everything is finalized & blame you for not reading it not knowing there was changes. This is my worst car buying experience!!!!!! I feel like I got scammed!! purchase a Mercedes c300 and ever since it's been a nightmare, two days later I realize I have issues with the car so I reached out to the dealer and that didn't change a thing. I drove to the location in great neck spoke with a so called manager which didn't change anything. he said he was going to put a ticket in to get the situation resolved all scam‍. I went to the address that they gave me to get my car fixed and was there for 2 hours before I saw someone when I do get to speak with someone it makes no different because he was nastyyyy and rudeeee. I went back to the dealer where a white guy told me to leave his store they not fixing no car !!! . I still did not get my car fix . I feel like I'm stuck with a lemon and I will not stop until I get some answers. This is not the way to treat a customer y'all are scammers and even if I have to get the news team involved so others can stay away from these people I WILL!!! FRAUD AND SCAMMERS to the 10th power!!! I hate this place so much for all that they put me through to the point where I hate the car. I also still cant get my plates and no one can tell me what's up with my plates smfh . Rudest salespeople I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Drove an hour two times just to waste my time.

DO NOT go to this place they are horrible and dishones. I traded my 2018 Honda CRV for a BMW X3 On March 24, 2023. I regret everything about this purchase. They have yet to pay off the traded loan and it's now May 22, 2023 which means whatever added on interest and late fees that occur on the loan I am responsible for also the damages to my credit report. to avoid damages to my credit report I will have to pay both car loans. less than a month the car starting giving problems took the car back they changed the brakes and place off the market brakes on the car also the car has electrical problem. Am just screwed all the way around with this car because I signed the arbitration not fulling Understanding what it meant. I went ahead a few days ago to get a consumer lawyer about the matter and he breakdown the contract that I signed it's pretty bad. Do not do business with these people they are dangerous. read more
