Mangold Developments, Oakhurst: 2025 Sep 17 (5 of 5)…read more A year ago, we had Mangold Developments over to review and to work on our garage door. A year passed, and we reached out to them again. Clayton arrived on time. He knew what had to be done. Clayton is professional and efficient. Now, our garage doors do not wake up our neighbours whenever we open or close the doors, or creak and whine whenever we operate them. It's worth every penny spent getting new hardware for the job. Overall, we are pleased with the quality work performed by Clayton. We will certainly refer him to our neighbours and friends. Note: Clayton approved his photo included in my review

He informed me on what the service would entail, the base price, and from the start never pressured me about hiring him. I booked him the following day and not only was he on time but sent a text letting me know he'd be there within 30 minutes. I love that heads up! Nothing was broken on my AC unit. This was more of a preventative/maintain the equipment type of call. He checked all the wiring, freon levels, ran an amp output test, and cleaned out my AC unit. Lucky for me everything came back as in great condition. He did inform that my amp output wasn't going over the allotted amount, but it was getting close. He just told me to keep an eye out breaker pops in that area of my home. Fast and reliable service, plus I found out Eric is the owner of Jones heating and air-conditioning. I love supporting locally owned service businesses! Reviewers, use this review as a reminder to maintain your HVAC before that summer heat creeps in!

This is the go to company that comes to the rescue, quickly, when in dire need of emergency home…read morerepairs. And this is also a company that other companies collaborate with for emergency repairs. After two major rain storms the thirteen year old home we had recently purchased, here, in Madera, had significant rain damage to our roof, and bedroom ceiling. After getting nowhere, fast, with the company that did the roof inspection and guaranteeing the roof free of leaks for two years - I called Servpro. Because time was of the essence, Servpro gave me the name and number of the licensed contractor, Joseph Whitcomb of Golden Valley Restoration, Inc., for quick turn around. Especially given the degree of damage. Joseph was able to set an appointment quickly to ascertain the demands of the project. This project required two other outside contractors to facilitate the completion of this repair work. The first was a roofing contractor - Luis Galvan of Galvaneyes Roofing Inc., who responded immediately and set a time schedule for his portion of this project. As soon as Luis' portion of this project was completed Joseph scheduled his portion. And he did so with the utmost of professionalism as humanly possible. We are beyond ecstatic with the manor in which Golden Valley Restoration Inc., conducted themselves and the outstanding work with expert craftsmanship their portion of this project was done. We are now waiting on the final stage, of the project, to redo some of the gutter pieces and add additional gutters as needed. Which will be done as soon as we stop dodging rainstorms.
