Called this company and talked to Bradlee regarding a commercial door in Mariposa. He said he does come to Mariposa and would come take a look. He arrived on a Monday morning. Looked it over, and said he would get a commercial motor from his distributor in Visallia. Said he would call that day with a quote. Never heard back from him so I called him on that Friday. Got voice mail so I left him a message that if he did not want to do the job, all he had to do was say so. Still nothing. I thought I would keep my business as local as possible but every time I try I get a flake for an owner. Any business owner that can not make a simply call (or while he was there in person) stating that he did not want to or could not do the job should not be in business. IMO read more

My general contractor was having a hard time getting my large 10x14' door on my new steel building to work. There was also a 8x10' vertical lift door that had springs that were all wonky due to his work. I reached out to Bradley and he was instantly helpful. He talked me through potential issues on the phone, was able to make it to my spot quickly. On the spot, he repaired the vertical lift door. He then took the initiative to find the correct spring specifications for the larger door and came back in short order with the correct lift and a second technician to install it. Turns out the spring we had that we thought was correct was actually made incorrectly and he was able to fix it on the spot too. So many other contractors in this position would raise their hands and say, "oh, you have to order (and wait!) (and pay for!) for the correct spring." He was able to get everything working and the price was not unreasonable at all.
