I was told this was the best sushi in East Tennessee, so I had to give it a try. I ordered the sushi sampler and another roll. Overall, they were both good and fresh. The only one I didn't care for was the roll in the top left of the picture because it was loaded with mayo. I like that they use different sauces, but I think some of the rolls could use a little more flavor. They were also pretty stingy with the soy sauce. They give you a tiny container that's only about a quarter full, and it tasted watered down instead of full-strength. I'd definitely come back, though, because I'd like to try some of their other rolls and menu items. read more

Located in a strip mall, there is a sign along the main road as well as one over the restaurant. There is plenty of parking with spaces adjacent to the building as well as across traffic lanes. The handicapped spaces are directly in front of the entrance, along with a ramp to easily access the raised sidewalk. There is the typical double door entrance which opens in front of the hostess counter. We were greeted as entered and immediately taken to our seat. The seating is a mix of tables and booths, with more seating available on the other side of a partition wall. Our server came quickly and took our drink order. The menus were already at the table. Our drinks were brought out quickly and we asked for a little more time to review the menu. The server moved away but watched, and when we looked like we had made our decision he immediately came by to take the order. This was one of the best servers we have had, unobtrusive but attentive. The food took maybe 15 minutes to arrive. We started with egg rolls and spring rolls. The egg rolls were crispy outside and hot inside. The flavors were very good. The spring rolls were some of the best we have had, crunchy-crispy and very flavorful. The dipping sauce had a very slight heat and was a great accompaniment to both appetizers. The General Tao's chicken was crispy under the sauce. The sauce is typical and not spicy. The rice is sushi rice, so a bit sticky and very fresh. The Sesame Chicken also was crispy under the sauce, which was quite good. Both chicken entrees stayed crispy throughout the meal. The service was top notch, the restaurant is bright and clean, and the food is fresh and made to order. While we ordered off the menu this time, we plan to go back for the hibachi next time. A 5 star review does not do this place justice. We came in with a bunch of friends and it was unknowingly an hour before closing. When I say friends I mean like 23 people. But the service and the food were top tier. Our food was out quickly and they were very kind despite the large party so close to closing. When I say kind, I mean they were probably some of the nicest wait staff I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. On top of our food being absolutely amazing they offered us free donuts and complimentary ice cream which I have never seen nor expected at any restaurant before. I could not recommend this place to anyone more, please go check it out, you won't regret it. read more

They can't get orders right. I asked for unsweet tea with lemon and some artificial sweetener. I got the ice tea - room temperature with no ice. Had to ask for sweetener and lemon again. Got the sweetener. Had to ask for lemon again. Service is ridiculously slow. With only a quarter of the tables or booths occupied, it took over twenty minutes to get our food. Then condensation from the air conditioner dropped into our food. The staff explained that this happens regularly -- disgusting. Not going back. read more

Went there a few times but this time I sat at the sushi bar and asked the sushi chef to make me a roll that's not on the menu and he made an amazing roll and also gave me complentary fried rice balls. They also have import beer which went well with the sushi! Def going back again and again. They also expanded their restaurant a bit more too for more space read more

Everything is fresh! meats, veggies it is amazing and wonderful to have fresh food. Service is pretty good too this was my first time in here so it was a learning curve for me since I am old fart to figure out the process of their stir fry. Easy breezy!! It's nice and clean and a very nice atmosphere. You feel welcomed. They make up sushi also. I really like this restaurant a lot. Lots of room for a family to pile in and chow down. It's a nice place. Feels clean. Tastefully decorated with no tacky icons littering the place up. I felt very welcome there. Mongolian grill style isn't familiar to everyone and it was explained well with no hint of condescension. I am familiar with the concept but I let them explain anyway, they did a great job. There's plenty of Asian options on the menu including sushi. They have most of the things we Americans think of as Asian staples. I opted for the Mongolian grill bowl. The meat options were pleasing and plentiful. As were the veggies. Everything seemed fresh and worth eating despite being a late lunch time. Good amount of sauces to choose from. I went with only the garlic sauce but you can mix and match if you like. Get at least two ladles though. I went with just one as I had forgotten they add the starch you choose in the kitchen. So it was a little bland but that totally my fault. The flavor of the finished product though was excellent. It also came out pretty fast. I also got a couple egg rolls. They were just ok though. A little on the bland side and a bit doughy for my tastes. But totally edible. They came with a sauce that was two sweet for me but there's soy sauce on the table as well as other condiments. I definitely will go back and feel that anyone who has any interest in Asian food should try Super Yummy. read more

Another Asian restaurant in the area fails the taste test. Ordered chicken dish, which was ok, however it was downhill from there. The so-called fried rice was tasteless; seems they poured some soy sauce over white rice and nothing else in the rice. Also ordered shrimp noodle plate, big disappointment, no flavor whatsoever, had to douse it with oyster sauce and soy sauce to make eatable. A waste of $30.00! read more
