That they "weren't going to comp something and let you walk out with free food." That response was honestly shocking. The lack of communication, the excessive wait, and the way the situation was handled at the end completely ruined what was supposed to be a celebratory night. Really disappointing experience. We didn't even want to order the desserts we planned on ordering because at that point, they didn't deserve another dollar.
