We have a really nice and heavy iron gate that's old and was bent and was going off the rail all the time, making it harder and harder to open and close. Maintenance was definitely needed! We found Tyson on Yelp and called this business, as well as 3 others for quotes. Out of all, Tyson gave us the BEST SOLUTION of what to do AND also said he would paint it just to look nicer after the job was done ;). Tyson's rate was not the cheapest, but was reasonable. We chose to work with him because of his knowledge and great solution skill. Other contractors said there was no way to fix it and that we'd have to remove it all (break through concrete) and put another gate in (one of less value). After we made the decision to go with Tyson, I had to go on a business trip. I trusted him all the way to get the job done while I couldn't be present to check. Long story short-- I had to make the payment online and everything worked out nicely. When I got back from trip and saw his work, WOW, I'm so impressed and really like how the "new" gate looks. Thanks guys and look forward to doing business with you again.

I described the project online with photos, and he gave a simple price up front. It was to repair an old mailbox that I thought was cast iron. He quickly pointed out that it's aluminum, which is different to work with, but he would still honor the quote. They were hoping they could remove the mailbox and work on it in the shop, but it was not only bolted but actually cemented in place. That explains the broken mailboxes in our neighborhood! So, they got some supplies and did the job on site, and didn't try to squeeze me for money. It works well, looks good, and I hope they get more business from here.

My husband worked with Eva and she was SUPER responsive to our request for quotes for a couple custom gates. Pricing seems quite reasonable. We considered Davinci seriously especially after considering a very positive review from a member in the Zone Zero San Diego Facebook group who bought one of their gates a few years ago. In the end--we end up going with wrought iron with a local fence company because it matches our home/community better and of course having those gates delivered/installed is a lot easier for us. Thanks Eva for a very positive experience!

I looked around for a company that would scrape my front and backyard of all the old weed filled dg AND be careful of all the established plants. This was not easy as they are mostly barrel cactus. I called Nir at Falcon Builders Group. I must admit I was a little skeptical with the 'company' set up. I met with Nir and Shaily and decided to go forward. In short they were AMAZING! Well organized, with a great crew. They coordinated the timing of everything....scraping off weed filled dg, hauling away the mess, installation of weed barrier, bringing in the new dg, spreading and leveling it all out, and all clean up. AND great communication all long the way. All of this in 4 days. I really couldn't be happier. fish

Our experience with Falcon Home Improvements was extremely disappointing…read more To be fair, the initial consultation was excellent. The sales presentation was professional, thorough, and gave us confidence that Falcon genuinely cared about its customers. We left that meeting believing we had found the right company for our front landscaping project. Unfortunately, everything that happened afterward was the complete opposite. Our project manager, Ari Sabo (also known as Harel Sabo), was unable to clearly explain how our landscaping estimate was calculated or provide a meaningful breakdown of the pricing when we asked. We repeatedly sought clarification but never received a satisfactory explanation, leaving us questioning the transparency of the estimate. Communication quickly became the biggest issue. We repeatedly had to reach out ourselves for updates, and there were multiple occasions where Ari/Harel was completely unreachable. When we contacted Falcon's office, we were assured that he would get back to us, yet there were still times when no follow-up ever came. The situation became so frustrating that my wife specifically asked the office to assign us a different project manager. Despite explaining our concerns, they were reluctant to make the change and ultimately kept Ari assigned to our project. We were told that our landscaping project would be scheduled to begin around mid-July. That timeframe came and went without a single phone call, update, or attempt to schedule the work. As of today, we have still never been contacted regarding the start of our project. At no point did anyone proactively reach out to explain a delay or provide a revised timeline--we were simply left wondering what was happening. What was most disappointing was how dramatically the customer experience changed after the initial consultation. During the consultation, Falcon made us feel like our business truly mattered. Afterward, it felt as though we had become an afterthought. Despite being ready to invest a significant amount of money, it reached the point where we felt like we were doing all the work to move the project forward instead of the company. Between the unanswered calls, missed follow-ups, and even our request for a different project manager being dismissed, we were left feeling ignored, deprioritized, and unimportant as customers. While we were waiting to see if Falcon would ever reach out to schedule our project, we hired another landscaping company instead. They were able to schedule our project within two weeks, communicated with us every step of the way, answered our questions promptly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The difference in professionalism, communication, and customer service was night and day. One of the biggest disappointments is that this experience affected more than just our landscaping project. We are currently planning a much larger home remodeling project and had originally considered Falcon for that work as well. We intended to use the landscaping project as an opportunity to evaluate whether Falcon was the right company for a much larger investment. Unfortunately, based on our experience with the lack of communication, transparency, follow-through, and customer service, it became clear that Falcon was not the right fit for us. They didn't just lose our landscaping project--they lost the opportunity to earn our future business as well. If Falcon had communicated after the sale with the same professionalism they demonstrated during the initial consultation, this review likely would have been very different. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. For a company that made such a strong first impression, the lack of transparency, follow-through, and customer care that followed was deeply disappointing. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Falcon Home Improvements.
