Although there were a lot of viable washers in use I didn't have to wait more than 10-15 minutes for the washer (I'd placed my detergent container on top of) to vacate. The manager was all over the place sweeping and tending to keeping the place nice and neat. She's very approachable and is bilingual. Most of the ppl I observed helped others coming in with their laundry by passing their wheeled baskets on to them, especially the women. There are a couple of picnic tables to sit at while you wait and there is a dispenser by the bill changer and bathroom door full of detergent and dryer sheets. There's a breezeway between the laundromat and the chevron that has soda and snack machines and all were full and in working order. BUT that's a minor thing and bigger problems in the world. The location is VERY clean, and the employees are ready to assist when someone like me can't figure out the app/scanning the machines. I came by on a Monday and it was perfect because it wasn't too busy. All the machines that I needed to use for available for my large items, such as comforters. My laundry was taken out by an employee and I tried to stop , explaining that I was still using that dryer! She told me that this lady had been waiting for a dryer for a while. Yet, the wifi is slow and my alarm never went off!!!! If the employee bothered to look at my phone , she would see that I had been adding time to that big dryer! I had offered the lady that was waiting a dryer that I had taken clothes out of and still had minutes. Mind you I've only been here twice and usually the employees will walk around and ask customers if that dryer/ washer is theirs. But not this Sunday ! I had to leave with towels and blankets still wet bc employee took them out 1 freaking minute after it stopped! Wow , thanks a lot !
