Frank was incredibly knowledgeable and very quick to get me in the next day. He was recommended by a neighbor who does a lot of business with him and I was very pleasantly surprised at the price and how expedient they were getting you in and getting the job done which was tires. Well, I sadly had to change it from five star to less because when I went to open my glove box, they had broken the handle and just put it in there and not told me. Then they cried around and blame me when that handle has been in perfect condition and was working great before that. Now there's a broken handle sitting on the passenger seat, and I am unable to open the glove box. On top of that, if you're working on my tires, it takes five minutes just to wipe the brake dust off instead of handing over my car with brake dust all over the tires. read more

I went to this place with a completely operational vehicle with zero leaks anywhere for what was supposed to be a routine HUB and calipers replacement and ended up with a sabotaged rack&pinion that I had just replaced less than a year ago. They initially tried to say it was normal wear and tear, until I called them out on their BS. Then they tried to say it was a faulty rack&pinion. Long story short. They refused to take responsibility for it because their plan was to squeeze as much money out of me as they could possibly get. But, God doesn't like Ugliness, so now they'll have to pay Him!!! I needed new (used) tires and I figured it try this place and she why they have. When I called to check if they have my tire size available I spoke with Jeff. He explained that some tires on their website may be sold already which makes sense. He then double checked on what he had available for my size tires and he had a pair available and gave me a great deal. Better than the ones I originally was looking at. The process was quick and easy. He had me pull into the bay and in 30 mins or less I was out back on the road. I told Jeff I was going to send my sister there to get her tires as she needs a new set. read more

I purchased two used Goodyear tires with 90% tread left. 200 bucks sounded like a great deal til I started losing air in one of the tires. After further inspection the sidewall had a bulge in it. Took it to a different shop and found out that Super Tires patched the sidewall and I purchased a new tire. So unsafe! I couldn't believe a tire shop with resell a tire with a sidewall patched. Lesson learned! I should've looked at the tires before I agreed to buy. read more

These guys were absolutely amazing!! I was in a huge bind, had a nail in my tires, low on cash and they were able to get me in within an hour and gave me an incredibly deal on a new tire!! I went in with one of my girlfriends and not once did they talk down on us just because we are women in a tire shop. We had a good laugh, talked about vacations and hobbies! This is such an amazing shop and group of employees!! I will be back and recommending them for future tire needs!! Oh also, the inside 10/10 clean!!! Went here because a dealerahip owed me a new tire. While I was there I asked to have the other 3 tires balanced. Customer service was good. Work was done fairly quickly. Before I left I asked them to torque the lug nuts to the proper foot pounds. They looked at me like I was speaking another language. One of the guys said that the impact wrench gets them tight. The guy that worked on my car dug up a torque wrench and appeared to be confused as to how it worked. For a place that's been in business so long they should know the importance and safety issues of proper torque. What if they are too loose. You can lose a wheel. If too tight you can break a stud, damage brakes or crack a wheel. Soon after,I got on the freeway and the balance was off. I could not return to them due to my work schedule. I also did not want to go back If they couldn't balance them the first time properly. Went to a Sam's club. Job was done perfectly. The tech even came out and asked who balanced them. He said they were all out of balance I clouding the new tire. Wheels had multiple weights on them. One wheel had 4 weighing 8 ounces. I called in and spoke to 2 different people. Told me I should have come back. Nope. They don't balance correctly and they don't tighten the lug nuts properly. Wonder how many of their customers are driving on unbalanced wheels. Didn't expect they would refund my $30 even though they did a bad job. Seemed to not believe me when I told them what Sam's club said. My advice. If you need new tires or need your tires balanced go to a place like Sam's, Costco, Tire Kingdom, Tires Plus or Walmart. Super Tires doesn't care about proper installation. Perfect example on the importance of torque. Costco techs torque your wheels and another tech double checks the torque. So I guess proper torque is important. read more

Absolutely amazing service!!! My husband was on the way home from work. He had worked late trying to help with storm cleanup from hurricane Milton. He was at 19 & Drew when his tire blew out. It was 6:55pm & this business closed at 7pm. We found them searching for a close tire shop. Except they were closing. He called them quickly & they agreed to stay open for him. I ran to get him & take the tire to them since he did not have a spare. They stayed open late & got the tire replaced. It was late & everyone was exhausted but these guys took customer satisfaction to another level! The tire was swapped fast & at a reasonable price. When we need tires in the future.... We will definitely remember their courtesy & recommend them to anyone in need of tires. Thank you! You guys made a terrible evening much better. We definitely appreciate you! Classic bait and switch. I found a half dozen sets of decent looking used tires in the size I need on their website. Called the Clearwater store and asked if they were in stock and, for some with no posted prices, how much. I was left on hold for about 10 minutes before their phone system's auto attendant finally intervened then disconnected me. So, I decided to stop by the store with printouts of the tires I was interested in. Supposedly, they had sold out of every single set of them - company wide! Remarkable! However, they did have some NEW tires, an off-name brand I'd never heard of, in stock in the size I needed - at a cost of $965 for TWO tires!!! I can get FOUR Destination LEs from Firestone for $800!!! Unfortunate that store resort to such dishonest, unethical practices to get business. This is why the automotive industry has such a bad reputation! read more

Sold me 2 bad tires. 2 days after having them installed woke up to a completely flat tire. When I went to remove the tire to bring back to them I found out they stripped out 2 of my lug nuts. I had to then buy tools to remove the bad lug nuts. Then I was told the tire going flat after 2 days is not covered under the grace period l!! I mean what?!? Yesterday, I hit something on the Howard Franklin Bridge that punctured my right front tire and bent the rim. After unsuccessfully searching for a rim replacement, I called Super Tires and asked if they could repair the rim and gave them a description of the damage. Brian said they could try but couldn't make any promises. This morning, Brian followed up With me to confirm I would be at the store. He and Jeff are very knowledgeable and professional and were upfront about the repair of the damaged rim and how the damage potentially could not be repaired. Good news is that they were successful at repairing the rim and mounted a spare tire I brought in with me. Jeff noticed a crack in the sidewalk of another tire and moved that tire from the front to the back until the new special order tires arrive. The price of the repair was very reasonable! They had me in and out of the store in an hour and had me on my way! Thanks Brian and Jeff! read more

I can't say enough good things about this tire store. I had an unrepairable gash in one of the rear tires on my BMW 428i, and I needed two hard to find rear tires to match the existing front tires. My car was undrivable at that point, but Manny not only found the new Continental tires I needed, and at a great price, but he also loaned me a used tire until my new tires came in. Without that, my car would have been undrivable. My tires came in, and on they went in less than 45 minutes. Thanks so much! read more

Concerned consumer. I purchased 4 used tires from this establishment about 10 months ago. I have maintained them by rotating and checking tire pressure. For a couple days now, I have been needing to put air in one of the tires. I thought maybe I ran over a nail, but when I got the tire inspected it was found that there was NO nail, but instead a tire that was previously patched on the side wall. It is ILLEGAL to sell a tire in this condition. The leak was not repairable they said because the tire was previously patched on the side wall. This tire should never have been repaired AND sold to me. I called Super Tire to let them know what was found and the manager at the store was very rude and called me a liar. He insisted that the tire was purchased months ago and there's no way they would have sold a tire in that condition. I am writing this review as a concerned consumer, had this tire blown catastrophic events would have followed. If you plan to purchase ANY TIRES from this establishment, make sure to check the INSIDE of the tires before they mount them on your vehicle! read more

The staff was friendly and were able to have me come in quickly. They gave me a good deal for a used tire in good condition to replace my flat, and to fix my bent rim. The downside is the fact that they put the tire on backwards so I had to pay someone else to correct the issue after getting an alignment done... A mistake like that is ridiculous when the whole business is focused on putting tires on cars, especially considering putting a tire on incorrectly can cause safety concerns. The rim repair seems okay for now, but when the wheel is spun, it is a bit wobbly. I don't feel it when I drive at the moment but I'll be keeping a close eye on how the car feels. Very disappointed. read more

I had some hard to find expensive tires and I was looking to postpone a purchase for a bit. The Mgr Dino give me a deal on a couple used tires but Not far down the road I had to stop to put air in one tire when I saw a cut in the sidewall and a bulge of a bubble on the other. So I called and he said to bring them back and he said he had another used set that he would install. Instead he lied to me. All he did was reverse the tires so the outside defects were facing inwards and hidden. So they've been losing air and I called him back and I told him that he didn't replace the tires and he said it was his tire guys who did it. I asked, "why would they do that it's no more work for them to put on different tires than turn them around and remount them on the rims. You lied to me." He denied it. He said he had two more but I had to wait several days. I took them and they looked great! They were in great shape...unfortunately they had a defect that made them so noisy I could not use them. So I bought four new tires with a great warranty from Tire Rack online and had them delivered to Tire Kingdom to install. I knew it would be tough to get a refund but it just so happened my son's old car needed tires and he was selling it soon. With a little arguing, I got Dino to take back the tires and credit the full amount I paid on new tires for my son's car. Of course, I called and got a quote in advance from one of his employees to get the best price before I negotiated the refund or I knew the price would've been a bit higher. I will say that the used tire business is tough and lots of folks really need a deal at the right time to make it through a tough spot and you never know for sure how it will work out so they have to have plenty of tires to deal with plenty of returns. However, integrity is a commodity that is often in short supply! He couldn't match Tire Rack's price, but had he been honest I would have had him mount my four Tires, but I couldnt trust him. read more

I rather give them my business and I travel about 40 miles total to have them take care of my vehicles. We also did have an issue with a tire on my wife's car after they installed 4 new tires. This place is unbelievable. They sold me a set of supposedly like new tires for $280. It took them over an hour and a half to get them on. I got halfway home only to have one fail. 5/8/2018 On the ONE hand... A year ago, I had a great experience. They had a big selection of good used tires in the size I needed, and although they were pretty slow to install I was very happy with the outcome. Today was completely different. The same woman who was so helpful last time was completely unhelpful this time. Just insisted they had no tires in my size. The website showed TONS, more than 14 pages (!!!) of tires in my size, though not which store had them. (They have 4 stores.) I asked her to check other stores, since shipping between stores was supposed to be free, and disinterestedly, she said she would. I went and got my oil changed elsewhere and came back to ask her if they had gotten back to her. She said no. I asked well how long do they take? She said a day or more. And continued to show absolutely no interest. Except, to sell me NEW tires! That, she was interested in! But I was not. I left and called the Tampa store myself. Same story, they said they had no tires in this size, a VERY common size (265/70/17.) The fellow at least sounded helpful, and claimed he'd check other stores and took my phone number. Never called me back. I seriously question if this company is even in the business of selling used tires anymore. I believe it's completely fake that they show more than 14 pages of used tires in a given size but when you get there they say they only have new. A shame... it had been a goldmine of used tires! Not anymore it sure looks like. Now it is bait and switch. TIMEWASTERS read more

Disappointing. Drove 45 mins to come here for tires I was told were in stock over the phone. Lady on the phone had such a bad attitude and clearly didn't want to be helpful. I asked her a question and she's like "look just come in and see for yourself". Seriously?! She needs an attitude adjustment or just a new job not working with people. These tires are also listed as available on the website.
