They have a detailed online system so you can input your pets' information (from behavior concerns, training experience, fears, feeding habits etc). The attention to detail and obvious care doesn't stop there. On nearly every visit, we received pictures, videos or texts letting us know how our dogs and guinea pigs were doing while we were away. They also noticed when something was missing from our patio and immediately notified us (forgot to tell them my brother was coming to pick it up). And even watered our plants without being asked. Our one dog, Luna, is a bit scared at times, especially with new people. Kim and Michelle worked with her to make her more comfortable. Michelle worked every day with our dogs - giving them treats, playing and practicing obedience commands. And Michelle became Luna's best buddy with nightly brushing time. They were only let out for a few minutes, and on one visit, they weren't taken outside at all. Numerous visits were shorter than the 20-minute minimum I paid for. Megan, the owner, initially seemed very concerned and agreed to comp 5 visits as requested. After waiting 1.5 months for the refund (If the account was hacked, COMMUNICATE the lengthy delay. But you were shocked the multiple times I reached out saying I didn't have the refund), I received a check for only 2 visits. When I reached out again, she went back on our agreement and started making excuses, claiming she agreed to comp 4 visits (then why send a check for 2?) and that it was storming all 4 days, which prevented the walks. Both excuses are untrue. I have the email confirming the agreement for 5 visits, which she refuses to acknowledge although it's in writing, and I watched every doorbell video of her team coming and going--there were no storms during their visits. Why didn't she mention the weather 1.5 months ago when she acknowledged the poor service? If you want your pets properly cared for and expect good customer service, DO NOT USE LOVE BUGS.
