It is conveniently located close to my home, not to mention Starbucks is only a few doors away. Yeah, they planned that well. The store is always neat, well stocked and organized. It's fairly easy to locate any particular supplement you're searching for because the shelf sections are labeled. If you do need assistance, the employees here are always ready and willing to help. Some are more knowledgeable than others but they all try to help. I never seem to see the same employee here twice so I guess the turn over is high. Don't expect anyone to remember you each time you visit cuz it will always be a new face. I like the prices here better than some of the other vitamin stores. They seem more competitive. In addition to vitamins and supplements they also carry body building and sport nutrition, medicinal teas and cosmetic items.

They moved to a different spot which seems smaller. I did appreciate the motorized cart though…read morealmost every aisle was pretty cramped to get down due to carts filled with things in each aisle. It was a bit frustrating at times. I was trying to ask a person with an apron on where the restroom was and she barked at me that she was not on the floor right now. I was confused since genuinely, asking another human being where the bathroom is seems like a question you do not need to be on the clock for. Thankfully another person, who WAS on the clock, walked by and responded kindly that it was right around the corner. I think rude lady did not maybe hear my question since by the time I parked the cart, got the cane ready and was trying to walk to the restroom she was right there and I think had just come from the restroom. But she was now near aggressively in my face asking how she could help me. My turn to be rude and say I need you to kindly allow me to go into the restroom which is where I have been trying to get to. Thankfully the other folks throughout the store were super super nice and so very helpful. They even asked that I pull my car up so they could load up my groceries. And I love that they load them up into boxes - especially that they are smaller boxes because glass jars and such get heavy very fast and bags aide them to clang around a great deal. After chatting with one of the lovely folks that work there I also 'get' any rudeness from the gal I suspect really needed to restroom. But the other person thanked me for being a person that reminds her she likes her job. She said most people who shop there genuinely treat the people who work there with abuse. People will march up, not even great them, thrust their phone on their face with the item they are searching for. I was also doing shopping for others but am I the only person saying please and thank you? That earned me a person finding me an out of stock item for my customer. I was shopping for a vegan and I will say I found a ton of great looking stuff next time I need to go to a vegan thing - and I have such a thing in a few weeks!

Nope, stupid worker wants to yell at me for "reaching over the counter" when all I did was grab paper towels that are sitting out! So sorry for helping and trying to do the right thing. Pls review that video footage too and see your employee being rude as hell. Not a nectar fan but decided to give in another shot. I will gladly support any other business than this. Overpriced for the crap they sell and rude employees. Hope that worker has the day he deserves, maybe your next job shouldn't be dealing with people.

Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He knows so…read moremuch about supplements and researches them to keep up with the research. I came in to get a couple of Helimix shaker bottles hoping that the GNC lids will be easier to open than the Yeti ones. While I was there, I decided to take a look around the store. GNC has a wide variety of standard supplements, and unique brands, including Qualia. Jordan said that if I sign up as a member, I can get 10% off and that they price match even Costco prices. I buy Qualia directly from their website, and have to pay the shipping. Now I learned that I can buy it here and save on the shipping plus get 10% off. This will save me $16/month alone, so I signed up. I was expecting to walk in here and get standard service. I'm impressed with Jordan being so knowledgeable and helpful that I recommend Yelpers to come check this GNC out!
