BEWARE! Horrible service that will lose your items, blame you, and refuse to make the situation…read moreright. They lost some of my items on 2 different occasions. Both times, they tried to claim they never received them. The first time I let it go, mistakes happen right? The second time was with 2 red and white sherpa pillow cases, very hard to lose track of. I spent over 3 weeks checking in every couple of days because they wouldn't get back to me. I asked them to put me in touch with the local team, they refused. I asked them to tell me where they sent my laundry, they refused. They claimed they looked at video footage and were "pretty sure" they never received my items so I asked to see the footage and they refused. Again, they tried to convince me I had misplaced these bright pillow cases somewhere in my house--it was all my fault! After they told me it was my fault for losing the items, they said they would reimburse for "good faith", like they were doing me a favor. Their company policy is to reimburse 60% of value for lost or damaged items. I sent them a receipt showing I had paid over $100 for the set, they offered me $10. I fought back and they offered me $17.99. I asked for an explanation of where they were getting this number as it was no where near 60% of the value of my item, and they showed me some random set of pillow cases they had chosen. It was a completely different brand and material of my items. They said this is what they were basing it on and that $17.99 was as high as they would go. Then they tell me they will only give it as store credit, meaning they will just get the money back anyways!!! I will never be trusting them again and I would warn you to stay away.

I went at 4:30 pm. I was told, no the tag states your item won't be ready until 5:00 pm. "If I had paid an additional $2.00 service fee then I would be allowed to pick up my item earlier than stated on the service tag. I tried to explain my husband dropped off the item & he probably didn't realize this. Didn't matter she said, we have it posted above on the walls. Yes the signs are posted, but come on, it's only a half hour early, 30 minutes early....no way, two bucks or two dollars is two dollars... Well so is customer service in my opinion. So customer care. Keep your two dollars, and I hope people will figure out that human kindness goes a lot further than two bucks.

Very nice family who runs the business, they were kind and quick with turn around. This little Laundry Service boasts membership packages to have your laundry washed, dried and folded or hung-plus delivered to you, or you can pick up. I have not used this service yet, but I did ask for dry cleaning. A pair of slacks and a dress was $10, extremely reasonable in my opinion. Everything came out nicely. For the laundry service- They charge depending on weight of laundry, and right now they have a limited promotion for unlimited laundry for $30 per month. For dry cleaning, I didn't see a list of prices, but as I said, I thought the prices were reasonable. I was given the option when I dropped off to pay then or to pay when I picked up. When I paid at pick up, they were able to use a card reader to run my debit card, after some brief technology issues. I would have used cash, but I only had a $20, and they didn't have change. I'm hoping this is just some new business glitches. Hoping to see this little business do well! Also- they offer a 10% discount to Fresno State Students with Student ID card! As for location- they are almost at the corner of Cedar/Shaw-directly across Cedar from the 7-11.

She literally walked out and saw that I had 2 bath mats and a throw shower rug and she said nope!! Turned around and walked back inside. I proceeded to follow her in to get a better understanding of what had just transpired and already she was on the phone with Matt (owner) telling him how my rug was brittle to the touch. Already laying out her justification for her actions. Mind you she never inspected my rug or anything. Her mind was made up before she even made contact with me. There was no one in the laundry facility at that time and I'm sure that was the intention. If I watched stories all day I wouldn't want to be interrupted either. Bad service all the way around. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on!! What sucks is the fact that I try to spend my money in my neighborhood. I do what little laundry I need to do outside of my home at my neighborhood laundry facility!! Now I'll be doing so outside of my neighborhood!! Hope this works for you D's!!
